This company was subcontracted to replace a flat roof over my garage. Not only did they not complete the job, what they did do was completely wrong. Last summer it was leaking, I reached out to them numerous times. Sent messages every week asking them to please make it right. I always got the run around. So in the fall before winter Tom puts a bucket of tar on my roof and some tar paper. It's still sitting there. I just tried to reach out to him again and he blocked my number. I wouldn't hire these shady men to build a bird house.

At first B & R Dev. were wonderful. They did my entire roof some windows, the electrical entrance and other odds and ends. Tracey was very polite. I do have picture but don't know how to post them. I have sent all my info to the Attorney General but Tracey did not reply as of yet 3 months ago. I noticed rotten wood still on my back porch. He did come out 2 times at look at the leak but did nothing. I had to have another company cut out the rotten wood and repair the roof down the sides. A couple of other things to fix the leaks I had also. From his work of course.Tracey did not flash anywhere on the roof as he said they were intact. But the contract calls for flashing. I do believe there are 2 leaks where he should have flashed. Tracey denies it.They did not put new vents on the roof 2 vents leaked, 1 vent over my bath tub did leak and drop ceiling into my tub. He did repair them both. Thank you.The large wire down the side of my house was not approved by West Penn Power and had to be moved again. I am very sure they did not plug up the holes that they drilled into my house and then move them again. I believe it is leaking from not plugging up these holes. Only caulked on the siding at my request. I didn't think about the wall of the house yet until my wall was and is still leaking.I have had to call Tracey several times for leaks and correcting things. At first he did come out. (One time I was wrong and it wasn't a leak where I thought there was.) On days that we had an appointment I would wait all day about 5 times and he did not show up. So I stopped waiting. Then he said he was there. I don't believe it, as he only came when I wasn't there. I was tired of the run around and told him I was writing every thing down he said. He said "I am thru with you." He broke his contract with me at that point.The $1,200.00 window is drooping on the bottom and every time it rains water sits on the ledge instead of rolling off. If he Tracey does not fix the problems within 2 weeks I am go to The BBB next.

Tonya Lux. I can't help but wonder if you might be the problem since I'm noticing a pattern of negativity and complaints about multiple contractors!! There are certain people that will never be happy, regardless!!
