The people at the Pro-Desk deserve a 5-star rating. We've made numerous large lumber deliveries over the years and their service is top-notch.The rest of the store is basically set up for a contractor. Your basic home owner I can see complaining about not finding things. But a lot of these things if they are having trouble finding the stuff, they probably shouldn't be doing that job...All-in-all the store is just your typical Big Box Store. Nothing impressive about it.The garden center is just the same as other stores.The online order pick-up here is pretty good compared to Lowe's. At least here you don't need to bring a lunch. I've been in and out with my online orders on average of 10 minutes. Lowe's is always over an hour.The reason for this only having a 3-star is the employees on hand. You can tell they're very under staffed and the poor people working there are doing the best they can. I'm not sure if they can't get enough employees to actually run the store. Or is corporate holding back on how many man hours the store can actually have daily to staff with.

Liz and rich went the extra mile, I bought the marsh monster from the display, picked it up and when I got home I for the life of me could not get it together. I brought it back the next day and was going to return it because I had enough with that thing, well they took the time out of their day to put it together, (I realllly didn’t want to return I literally could not for the life of me build it) after they built it for me, they then loaded it into my truck, (I had a good bit of stuff in the bed of my truck then they proceeded to move my stuff with with me) THEN they strapped it down. While having a positive attitude. Thank you so much Liz and rich!! They definitely need to be recognized and appreciated because that right there was the best customer service I have EVER received. :) THANK YOU TO THE BOTH OF YOU

It's a shame there is no one at the register to check you out if you're one end of the store you have to walk completely to the under other end of the store to check out why this is no one knows but it's not a happy experience going to shop here I would recommend going to a small business owner

Michelle and Katie really went above and beyond for my husband and I when we came into the store very late in the evening (closing time). They did everything they could to help us with a payment issue, we could not be more thankful for them!! LOVE THIS STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES!!!

Every time I try to call regarding appliances that I purchased, no one answers the phone.When I finally did get an answer, I was told all my appliances I ordered were delivered to the store. Weeks later, I was told the refrigerator that I ordered was no longer made. ???? I thought it was in the store. Home Depot did give me another refrigerator, but after looking it up, the reviews were a little concerning. People complained that the ice makers leak and cause flooding.

Home depot needs to stop using Estes to deliver items. Read Estes reviews on stuff being delivered for home depot. Nothing but 1 star reviews. Estes cant handle the quanity of stuff they need to deliver. Been waiting since july 7th for my mower and here it is the 14th only to be told their trucks had to much to deliver so my mower will be pushed back again until the 18th. They only come to Uniontown on tuesday and friday. Their customer service response is sorry sir your not the only one. Basically shut up and youll get it when you get it is what i got from that.

Very upset, how can I tell if the facet they have for the wash tube is what I need if I can't take it out and see if it will fit the water connection I need it for. Even took connection and facet to front desk and they wouldn't help. Need better customer service.I have to travel 40 miles there and 40 miles back, with the cost of gas now it is crazy. To take it home and find its not what I need and take it back. Then the package would still have been opened any how. What makes the difference if they open it there or I open it at home and return it.

Melissa at Guest Services went above and beyond for me! I wasn’t aware that a pickup order would take 3 hours and my friend was in her way to pickup. Melissa took it upon herself to expedite the service by offering to potentially do the gathering on her own. However it worked out, I had my order ready in just a few minutes from my call. Truly a superstar!

This store is great for your home improvement needs. Its also a good place to pick up light bulbs, have keys made, and get staples for your staple guns- I usually visit weekly, sometimes more than that. They're prices are reasonable also. And I love the paint section!!

Tried to buy a microwave that was listed cheaper online. They said it was the online only price but it didn't say that anywhere. Just some one not trying to do thier job. If I was smart I would have bought it online and waited to pick it up.

I'm a flipper who also has rentals. We went through this Home Depot based on location. I ordered a large order of flooring, kitchen and baths for a whole duplex. Nobody answered the pro desk for me to pay over the phone. Tried for 3 hours, had to leave a job site to come and pay, and when I walked in the employee was sitting at the Pro Desk scrolling through Facebook. Paid for my order and he told me I can pickup the next day. I sent my employee out to pickup, and half an hour before my pickup time they told me the material was out of stock. I got the manager involved and he told me material would be in about 4-5 days and he would call me to let me know when it would be delivered (for free). No call. So when I called in they said they didn't get the material in. I had to go and choose something sub-par that they had in stock to get this job done and had to come in and stop everything I was doing to pickup to ensure I had material for my job. When I go to pick up, they tell me my appliances won't be coming in because they never ordered them. How could that be, because they were already paid for?! I've lost $$ on labor and had to get the overall store manager involved to compensate me on lost time, paid labor, and material. I've never had this trouble before with a Home Depot. Definitely do not recommend using them.

Really, do not use this Home Depot. I've spent over 60k at Home Depot this year. I went to this one for the first and last time. I ordered an online appliance order and realized it was an ugly dishwasher which the store agent ordered when the original one I wanted wasn't available. Even though it was within the 48 hour window and could be returned for damages, they wouldn't accept the return. It is up to the store discretion. Really, do not use this store. To top that off, there was a big line at the paint department, I had to ask 3 times for help. When I got home the paint cover had fallen off and paint was in my vehicle. In all my years, I've never had paint lids pop off in the car.

Bought a Ryobi Pressure Washer In July, with under 12 hours of run time and the engine dropped a valve. The cylinder wall, piston, and valve guides were damaged. Unit came with a 3 year warranty. Home Depot in Uniontown would not return the unit for replacement with new proof of purchase. Instead they sent the Unit out for repair, it has been a month and still no answers. Tool service center passed the buck blaming another facility and could still not provide and solutions. Unit this new should have been replaced immediately.

This location has a pretty good selection for your home improvement needs. The prices are about what you'd expect, and I've never noticed anything on sale that I would consider a great deal. The usefulness of the staff appears to be hit and miss from my experience. There are a few that try to be helpful and take the time to talk to you about their products. But usually they appear to be on the sluggish side and I once had a middle aged female employee (at the self check out) chastise me for only buying one tile instead of a whole case (which I didn't need). I ended up telling her to mind her own business and sent her on her way. As I've mentioned before on this forum, some customer service training would go a long way with some of these employees. Also, some customer service training for the managers, and an expectation that they enforce positive interactions should improve what I've experienced here.Who knows, maybe it's just the poor quality of the local talent? Training can only go so far in some cases.

I need a part for my waterline that goes to my wife’s washer. The area hardwares either wasn’t open or didn’t have what I needed at the time in stock. So I called the Uniontown Home Depot and talked to “Larry” in the plumbing department and I told him my problem and what I was trying to do, and he told me to come up and he’d be there to help me out. I took off to The Home Depot in U’town and met with Larry and let me tell you,he was great!!! He gave me several options,not once did he act like some do like your bothering them or asking stupid questions or like he wanted to get you outta there as quickly as possible. Larry answered all my questions like I said gave me several different options and suggested the part that I bought and worked great when I put it on, with nothing but spot on knowledge of everything that he talked to me about!!! Great job Larry and if the big cheeses at this store see this…. You really need to give Larry a big raise because he and people like him is what makes your store great to come back to and without him and those others, you wouldn’t make the money you do without them!!! AGAIN GREAT JOB LARRY AND THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME.. YOU ARE ONE IN A MILLION!!!!

Run of the mill big box retailer. Everything you need for home improvement. I've usually shopped at Lowe's but a recent experience has me going to Home Depot for thing lately. I purchased a dryer, shop vac and pump from there last week and had great service. They didn't have many dryers in stock and delivery wasn't gonna be available for a couple weeks however i found one that worked out for me. Other than that i can't say anything bad about the place.

I really enjoy shopping here. Last spring, I was so impressed by the vast selection and variety of flowers and plants they had to offer. I bought quite a few, but my favorite was a rose bush that flourished immediately upon planting at home. I can't wait to get more this spring. We went in about a month before Christmas and again, I was thrilled with their selection of lights and decorations. Any time we need anything for our home, this is always our first (and normally only) stop.

My delay in response is because we stopped here secondly for dinner. The story is on the other side of 95, same exit.We stopped for gas, 22ft Penske truck--moving my son's family from Miami to Washington, Dc. My daughter-in-law and I got back into the truck after having both doors open for extended periods and using the facilities. Before pulling off I asked "where is the cat?". We looked everywhere and concluded that the cat wondered.After looking around, I pulled the truck away from the pump, parked, and we looked everywhere. I traveled the side streets, left my phone number with local residents and pedestrian. My daughter-in-law combed the complex and received the compassion and concern of the filling station. They assisted her search, and viewed video.Up the street, down, through fields, on my knee to inspect street sewers, I searched. Combing the circumference...in the garage, talking to truckers. No cat to find. After an hour, I went back to the truck, opened the door, and there the cat sat on the floor looking at me. I called my daughter-in-law to report my finding, and call off her search.Long story short, the establishment was concern, helpful, and sympathetic. They assisted in the search and watched video. I wish I knew their names. How wonderful!!!My daughter-in-law got in the truck, we drove away and decided to stop here for food. I stayed in the truck while she sought a meal.

Ordered and paid online for curbside pick up. Waited at least 20 min and still had to call into store for someone to bring it out. I mean how hard is it. I did all the work!!!!😡 UPDATE: the item I ordered was opened and I had to go inside store to get what I ordered. There was at least 7 people at the service desk all looking like they had nothing to do. I finally got a new item but had a security tag in it that they claim they have no ability to remove so as I go to my car people looking at me like a criminal because alarm went off. This is the WORST shopping experience I’ve ever had. Lowe’s gets my business from now on!!!

Just moved to the area and ordered appliances for our new house. We paid extra for parts and installation. The delivery showed up in a Salvation Army truck, the delivery people refused to set up the washer and dryer, damaged our door removing the old fridge, threw all the garbage on our lawn from the new appliances, and left huge tire tracks through the grass. Seriously the worst experience we have ever had with appliance delivery. I don't care how much extra we have to spend but we will not be shopping at Home Depot again!

I have shopped at home depot before. It is nice that there are somethings they do carry that lowes does not. But I usually struggle to find what I am looking for in home depot. Today I did not find trim or posts that I was looking for.
