I found Manny roofing in google & read positive reviews. I had leaking issues on my roof so I gave them a shot. They arrived on time ready to go. I was surprised that they did the entire roof in 1 day. Manny’s crew cleaned up after themselves. There were no nails or trash in the street. Manny and his crew were easy going, professional, and paid very close attention to detail. The quote for the job was a fair price. I will be using them again for other projects and highly recommend Manny to family and friends.

Manny and his team patched and silver coated our roof. He provided prompt service and also gave us before and after pictures detailing his work. We were very happy with the quality of his team’s work, but more than that, he was very respectful and very quick in all of his communication with us. Manny and his team are amazing. We had our siding replaced and outside basement walls painted. I don't write reviews normally, but I was so pleased with the work and interaction with Manny and Javier that I feel responsible to show them some love and help other people looking for a good contractor find this company. Manny is upfront, honest, and understanding for when things go a bit sideways (like some water intrusion damage). The estimate and final cost were right on the money, and the end product was beyond what we expected. We love the new siding and have a lot of confidence in the work by Manny and his team.

My Friend referred Manny I called him and he answered he was at my house the next day to give me an estimate . My roof was still leaking after several attempts to fix it by other contractors, and right away Manny knew what the problem was and we decided to repair the roof, then I sprung another leak in the bathroom and. Manny and his crew came and repair the roof and changed out the skylight in the bathroom. they did a fabulous Job its been raining for 3 days now and there are no more leaks. His prices are fair and resonable. I would recommend Manny Roofing Contractors inc to anyone, actually I just gave my sister his number. From the first time I spoke with Manny and met him at our house for our free estimate he was polite, honest and knowledgeable. We had our estimate back that night. The price was reasonable based on the other 7 bids we received. He is not locked into one brand of shingle like other companies are so you can pick from an assortment of brands and color options, as well as other options if you would like.When the time came to install the roof, complete tear off, he gave us a date but we were in the middle of painting the exterior so we postponed it a week or so which was no problem for Manny! When the day finally came, his team showed up 30 minutes early and started getting all the supplies ready, dumpster was dropped off and at 8 am...the fun began! They moved quickly each day, but also took their time to ensure things were installed correctly!I ordered two skylights for them to install (I bought them, not Manny), they installed them but I ordered the wrong flashing kit for them so they couldn't finish them. Manny was able to get very similar skylights the next day, with the right flashing. They removed the ones I ordered and installed the correct ones. I slowed his team down ordering the wrong flashing but they pushed on with other projects until they got the right materials.All in all, we couldn't be happier with his team and their professionalism. They cleaned up each day, and even blew my leaves off the driveway! There were some marks from the ladders that scraped the fresh paint off, so Manny took it upon himself to paint all the blemished spots to ensure we were happy with the finished results. We are so happy of the job he and his team did, the professionalism they showed, the dedication to being on time and even early most days, and they were cordial and respectful to our property. Based on the experience we had with Manny, I wouldn't pick any other company to install another roof.Services: Skylight installation, Roof installation

OMG!!! Manny Roofing Contractor Service it the absolute best. Hands down! I contacted Manny a few weeks ago to take a look at my roof and shingles that needed to be updated. Manny came out within a day or two to look at the roof and surrounding area and take measurements. He provided me with a fair and detailed estimate. We scheduled a time to get the work started the following week Manny said he would be at my house at 8:00 am. Well, Manny and his team were on time at 7:59 am he was already on the roof prepping and removing the shingles. He cleaned up all debris daily as he worked. My neighbors have all been asking for Manny's number for there roofing needs. Manny went above and beyond-he finished the roof and shingles and even fixed the aluminum siding that was worn (and this wasn't even in his contract). Manny was very professional, detail oriented, patience, great communicator, and went beyond the call of duty. I was very impress with Manny and his crew showing up on time and all about business.I was searching for a very long time before, and during the pandemic for someone to repair my outside back shed, which was stucco to be replaced with siding. Also, the shingles needed to be removed from the bedroom window and I replaced with siding.My family and myself contacted so many companies, outsiders, and the individuals failed to show up or call to cancel. I did have 2 quotes prior to Manny last year during the pandemic.The prices the individuals were charging were to high and I could of rebuild my house for the ridiculous charged amount. I felt like it was a waste of time and started getting discourage as things were fallen apart that needed to be repaired badly.I prayed and found Manny Roofing company online and like the reviews. He deserved, and got my business and the rest is history. He was God sent in my eyes.In addition, I had my front porch roof wood replace with siding. The crew did an fantastic and amazing job. I can’t take my eyes off the beauty of the work done and praising God.After, my outside back and front porch was done, I requested Manny to check my roof. Within 3 weeks of completing the 1st task, he revisit my home to make preparations to redo my roofs. My roof and chimney needed to be repaired on the 2nd and 3rd story of the house.The crew provided pictures before and after of the roof. Manny and his workers did a hell of a job. The crew cleaned up very well too.Manny was very honest even when I thought of cutting corners, his prices was fair; and I respect Manny for telling me the truth on the best way to handle the jobs the right way. We highly recommend Manny and his work! As first time home owner's and being pretty new in the state of PA we didn't really know whom to trust, but Manny and his team came through and did great work. I highly recommend Manny for roof. After receiving four estimates on our roof, he was the only one that was on time, texted me pictures of my roof explaining what the problem areas were, and gave me a fair price. He even came on time the day of repair. When he did our work, he was very thorough and made sure that everything was done correctly. Today Manny did some carpentry work to my house. Manny was on time and his work is flawless and at a fair price. He not only repaired some of my kitchen cabinets, but he assembled a bedroom armoire for me, and removed the old furniture for me. I plan on calling Manny in the future for repairs on my home. Manny! Manny! My kitchen is beautiful. First, he arrived, on time which is huge. It is so difficult to get people to arrive on time. First Manny arrives on time or sometimes earlier. He gives an estimate for review. He cuts no corners. He is thorough. His work is beautiful. He and his team put down a ceramic tile floor, repaired the kitchen ceiling and painted the walls. My favorite part is that he brings samples so I don't have to go to the store. Which was lovely for me. Next.... He installed a new counter and sink. Which is beautiful. My family loves the kitchen and have strict instructions to keep unnecessary crap off my counter.

Manny came out and fixed my skylight. He was available on Sunday when other companies weren't willing until two days later and he provided great service and fixed my problem because my glass in the skylight slid down and water was leaking in. Fair & Honest Pricing. That sums up how I feel about Manny and the job he and his team did. He came over to fix a downspout, once on the roof, he texted pictures of some slight issues that could be patched. It was a very reasonable upcharge for the extra work that needed to be done.At the end of everything, roof is fixed, leaks are gone, downspout installed correctly. I'd gladly recommend him to others.
