Awful experience with this company. Rick Carbaugh is a crook. Upon the conclusion of my residence within one of his dilapidated rentals, I was charged for damages caused by previous renters. When I brought it to his attention it took a verbal argument to somewhat repair his error. Rent with caution, I will never rent again because of this company.
