Now there’s just one. 😅 Very easy to work with. I asked for TAMKO Titan shingles and he had no problem getting them. 😁 Josh explained things very well. Great communicator. Josh worked with us on and off over the course of a year as we had to find quotes and sub's to fix other stuff before we could get our roof replaced. He stuck with us and was a friendly voice whenever we had questions relating to how a new roof would affect our other required fixes. The personal service was incredible and ended up being why I choose Varner Roofing to do our job. The roof looks great and Josh's team was incredible, friendly and very professional in how they went about replacing our roof. When you are spending this much money, the service side of the sale is just as important as any other side and Josh and his team really excelled in making us feel good about our purchase. Absolutely incredible company. I was moving to another state. Josh worked closely with me to replace a roof in very bad condition. This went on for months while waiting for the closing date. He went to the house and took pictures with shingle samples which allowed us to select the color and style. A picture he sent unintentionally included the chimney which looked a bit rough. Josh offered to go back and look closer because we agreed that any chimney work should be done before the roof. The chimney was fine at a closer look. The movers were scheduled for Tuesday and the roof was torn off on Wednesday, and a 48 square roof was complete early on Friday. They cleaned up very well every day, all employees were very polite, friendly and professional.

There are things that set Varner Roofing apart from other companies. 1. The owner suggests repairs with expected outcomes, before giving information about a new roof.2. Low to no pressure. You will not hear, "sign now or the price goes up." 3. On-site supervision and customer communication by the owner. 4. No jacking up the price when it's too late to choose a different company. 5. Meticulous cleanup by crew with strong magnets. No nails in your tires. 6. Follow-up.We had some leaking caused by gutters, not the roof. I had a top notch experience dealing with Varner roofing. In the fall of last year, I noticed I was loosing some shingles. Josh Varner assisted me with repairs and had a very straight forward approach. The full roof replacement was my to-do list this year. I price shopped around and gravitated back to Varner roofing, due to their straight forward approach. They allowed me to check some their work, prior to signing a contract. When I first requested Varner Roofing to give me an estimate to replace the roof on my shed, not only did I get an immediate response, but I also had an estimate in my hands the same day. Several ridge caps had blown off of my roof due to wind from storms. I had been putting off getting this fixed, because I didn't think anyone would want to do the job because it was too small. Not only was he the first to actually do an intensive evaluation, but find out that it my current roofing situation was not up to code and had a game plan to fix it and make it right. He not only worked directly with me, my neighbor, both our insurance companies, the instance adjusters, but also helped create relationships with other contractors to fix electric and mason work that needed completed as well.
