First time getting shingles from this place. Got certain teed landmark shingles for a house and the shingles had holes in from factory! Only discovered this after the roof was almost complete. Tore it off again and started over with another batch that they delivered that still had holes in as well! Will stick with Lansing Building products for now they at least bring out pizza and t shirts for something like this!

9.75 out of 10 times, this place has exactly what I need and all of the guys are quick to help you out. The entire crew here is great. Anthony, their branch manager, is a great guy & it's clearly evident that this flows from him to all of the other guys around him. Great team of guys with a great guy at the helm. Highly recommend for all of your roofing & siding materials.

As a pro contractor it’s hard to find fast service anymore however not only is Beacon west chester fast, they are helpful, knowledgeable and caring for their customers. Keep up the good work!Ps don’t let the other reviewers fool you.. Beacon doesn’t make the products - they sell them.. shows people’s lack of XP. This company should be 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a HORRIBLE experience with this very unprofessional business. Ordered 20 packs of shingles and every pack was damaged. And they would refuse to give back my money. I would never recommend these guys
