My wife and I had HUGE project including all double hung vinyl windows, transoms, exterior doors, sliding doors, a portico, and painting (phew!). From the original selections through installation, they were all extremely well organized (best of all contractors we’ve used), communicated through the process (including supply chain delays through vendors), were accommodating with scheduling, experienced, and skilled with an attention to detail that met our high standards. We were extremely pleased with everything and highly recommend Chapman! Phenomenal! Would recommend over and over again. We had a complete stucco renovation to hardie board, all new windows, shutters and doors put in. From the first time we walked in and spoke with Steve, our salesrep, we were sold on them doing the job! Steve was extremely thorough on how the process worked, showed us all of our options that we had and delivered all proposals within hours of us sitting down with him. He was this attentive throughout the duration of our entire project. Any questions we had, he would call/text/email us back immediately. The team that we had here doing the work were outstanding as well! Dave, Carlos and a few other men blew our minds and our nieghbors watching them work. The window and door guys were so quick and efficient as well. They are extremely hard workers and their attention to detail was above and beyond. They were all so kind and communicated with us every step of the way helping us with different designs and such. The customer service was also stellar-coordinating different people coming at different times and getting them out there as soon as they could. All together they were the dream team that helped create our dream home! We are so appreciative and thankful to everyone who was involved. We love love love the outcome and the experience we had!

We bought a fixer upper in Paoli and had to replace windows installed in the late 1960’s. We interviewed 7 window companies and were impressed with Chapman’s due to 1. Owner Mike Chapman came to our house and measured for the windows 2. Chapman was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t try to ‘sell’ us with a canned presentation 3. The windows we wanted could be inspected at a local showroom 4. The company could accommodate our request for a large picture window in our family room, and low keyed salesman Mike Bobnak offered us several design choices 5.The final price was very reasonable and within our budget. The only downside was the several months’ wait time for windows manufactured in France (Pro Via) and January installation, which we frankly dreaded. We were, however, never inconvenienced or uncomfortable during the installation as it was led by a talented young project manager, Shilo, along with the prompt and personable installation team: Matt, Eeshond, Mike Muir, Bradan, and Ron and exceptional finisher Ralph Nicastro. They took great care to leave the house in perfect condition each day of the two week installation process. After we witnessed the logistics involved in the picture window installation we were relieved we’d found this business, and we highly recommend it to others.

I had Chapman Windows replace 10 windows in my home. They arrived on the day and time they were scheduled. Each day they arrived early! They covered EVERYTHING and put runners down to cover my rugs. Each day they left my house in perfect condition. When they finished, they explained exactly how they work, how to clean them, the warranty, etc. The crew was fabulous and a joy to work with. Chapman did a fantastic job installing two entry doors with storm doors on my house. The materials and workmanship are top notch, I am very happy with the final products. The only downside is that I had to wait a year for installation once I placed the order. This isn't necessarily Chapman's fault though, because at the time the entire country was dealing with post-pandemic supply chain issues. The initial estimate was that it would take 3-6 months, but that ended up taking 12 months. The communication from Chapman was responsive throughout the year though, so I was confident things would get done when they could. They were also willing to work with me on a payment schedule that worked best for me, which I appreciate. We wanted to update a few doors around the house & got several quotes from several companies in the process. Added bonus, they were willing and able to install new window shutters we had previously bought, too!Chapman’s quote was very reasonable, but more importantly, we felt they were knowledgeable and cared about their work. We had a garage man door replaced, shortly followed by a complete removal of a singular door + window frame combo that was replaced with a beautiful sliding door. Not only was the quality impeccable of both, but the hard work and attention to detail was amazing. Everyone we worked with at Chapman, from the original quoter to the administrative assistant to the actual installers were tremendous. After the doors were installed, a wonderful gentleman named Carlo came and installed our shutters for us. Carlo was a delight and did amazing work, too. Can’t rate the entire company high enough! Would give more than five stars if I could. If you’re looking for quality workmanship, materials, and employees - use Chapman!

From product selection, to estimation, to delivery and installation, Chapman was absolutely the best and kept getting better. We had three windows replaced and two dormers completely stripped, re-sided and re-trimmed. Their crews were the some of the best I've worked with and I'm in the industry! I reached out to the folks at Chapman to replace all of the doors in my house. The sales rep came out to my house a few days later and we were able to come to a deal the same day to replace both my front and back door, along with adding a storm door.The sales rep was great and the pricing was even better compared to what Pella or Anderson are charging. I put down my deposit and I'm waiting for the call to schedule the actual work.This was back in January - I'm hoping to be scheduled by May. I'll update my review once the work is done regarding the installation.Edit (March 22) - The folks at Chapman were able to schedule my installation much earlier than expected. They installed 2 exterior doors and 1 storm door. It only took 2 days, and I'm very happy with the work they did, including saving the original trim and cleaning up the work area. Chapman Windows and doors was a great experience from beginning to end. I enjoyed designing our front door. Not once was I pushed to make more expensive upgrades. My salesperson even designed 3 different doors and price points. Once we decided on the door and the door was delivered, the door was installed ahead of schedule. Our new front door is the fourth or fifth project for which we have used Chapman Doors and Windows. Their staff is professional and courteous. Our installer showed up promptly and broom swept and vacuumed the work area when he was done. He also removed all of the cardboard and plastic waste from the work space. When we were shopping around for a garden window Chapman Window & Doors was able to give us exactly what we wanted at a more reasonable price than other local places. Covid lockdowns put a wrench in our plans because of supply chain and manufacturing issues, but Chapman's office personnel kept us notified & informed throughout the process. The installers were skilled, professional and really nice guys. They explained the operation and care of our window along with other details and follow contact information. Have used Chapman several times in the past and have been satisfied with their work and value. On the last install, Ron and his crew had to make some major changes to the window openings to install a large casement and another large double slider/picture. The windows look beautiful and the interior drywall and exterior siding work was very well done. Ron's attention to detail was very comforting. We have used Chapman Windows & Doors to replace almost every door in our house since moving in 2017. Our most recent experience was a new storm door in our garage entry. Although we had a long delay receiving it (due to Covid, b/c it has never been this way in the past purchases), it was worth the wait. The door is beautiful and works perfectly. Carlo installed the door and was professional, respectful (wore a mask), and just did a great job. It is well worth it to use Chapman for their great products and professional installation. There were two very minor issues with materials after the installation (one cosmetic and one of the window bays was hard to open) and Chapman went above and beyond to address both issues quickly and professionally.
