. I called Duke Renovations Because of all the rain we’ve had here in West Chester , the gutters became clogged and I had a major event , both bathrooms became flooded. I was up all night mopping up the water .Brian had done some work for me before ,I was hoping he could help me out.He came within 15 minutes. Found and fixed the problem , he did the job quickly and professionally, Brian is now , my KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR. I would call Brian again, and I will recommend him to my friends.

Choosing Duke Renovations proved to be one of best decision's we've ever made regarding the Renovations to our Home. Our project was large and detailed. I was about to hire another very reputable contractor who has done many projects on our home but to my surprise, because of the amount of work and all aspects involved, he recommended Duke Renovations. He told me I would be very satisfied with the end result. HE WAS RIGHT! Every aspect of my project was handled extremely well. Duke did an exceptional job of installing siding on our home. From the removal of the existing shingle siding to the de-installation and re-installation of our existing shutters, all work was done professionally. The work began on the promised start date and was completed when promised. The protection of our landscaping/shrubs was excellent; as was the cleanup after installation. Neighbors and guests have told how us much the appearance of our home has improved. Best of all, the cost of the job was well below other companies' proposals.

Brian and Duke Renovations have been a great resource and breath of fresh air. They have done several jobs for us and have always been reliable and workmanship is excellent. We've had so many frustrations with other contractors through the years who don't answer/return phone calls, do poor quality work, etc. Duke Renovations' prices are reasonable, they will get your project completed on time, and ensure you are happy with the job..not much more you can ask for in a contractor. Duke Renovations installed two solar powered attic exhaust fans for us. Very pleased with the work and price. Our roof has has a steep slope and several electrical contractors either turned down the job or were going to charge more to contract a roofer. Duke Renovation has experienced roofers and installers. The job was completed in one day.

Despite some difficult weather conditions (periods of extreme heat and then rain) Brian and his team completed all projects whithin the timetable discussed. We had some skylights that needed replacing because they were leaking. Cold weather was on the way and we were headed out of town on a long journey. Duke Renovations understood our dilemma and scheduled the replacement very quickly. They also also understood my desire for quality replacement parts and quality replacement work. I called Duke Renovations to come out to provide me a quote to fix a leak in my roof where it meets the chimney. Came out the next day, found a leak, caulked it and said "no charge". Wow!I asked for a more permanent solution and he provided a fair quote to repair the flashing and siding, along with some rotted wood under the flashing... There was no pressure, and I was told to give them a call if/when I wanted to proceed.Six weeks later I called to get the job scheduled. Within two weeks the work was scheduled and completed. The onsite team was courteous, professional, and engaging, which as customer I value as I usually have questions.I highly recommend Duke Renovations for their ethical behavior, skilled craftsmanship, and highly skilled full-time employee professionals.
