This is a little strange, but I'm leaving a review despite NOT using them for a recent job.It was time for a new roof on our home and we received a few estimates. Noel came out and assessed the job professionally and was a great communicator. We were very impressed by him and his knowledge.Their estimate was actually the lowest price of all that we received. We only decided to go in a different direction because another company that had already done significant, quality work to our home gave an estimate in the close proximity to Springer Bros. Had it not been so close, we would have had ZERO reservations about working with them.If price is the MAIN component in your decision, you will be hard pressed to find a better company at a better cost.

Springer Brothers has top notch customer service. Scheduling repair work with Jordan was easy, the estimates provided were reasonable, and the work was completed in a professional and timely manner.They also REALLY go above and beyond. After the repair, there was a dangerous situation on my 3rd floor (caused by a neighbor, NOT the roofers) and I called Springer Brothers for help. They had a team out to fix it within 24 hours, and on the day before Thanksgiving. They really care about their customers.Services: Roof repair, Roof damage repair

I had Springer Brothers repair some siding on our home. They did a FANTASTIC job! The color match is SPOT ON, and the work was done quickly and professionally. I know the office was very busy with work, but Jordan in the office provided great customer service and made sure we got on the list and were taken care of! Would definitely use again. 100% recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Springer Brothers Roofing/gutters. We were so pleased with their workmanship, professionalism, care of property, cleanliness and all round excellence. They are a 5 * company. I have total trust in their knowledge of exterior home matters. The crew put on an entire new roof, including our shed, replaced boards, power washed the house and painted our shutters in 2.5 days and the work is excellent. The property was spotless of nails, pieces of shingle or paper during the entire process. In 3 days the entire job was complete. I have already called the owner Ed Springer to talk about future work we are planning. I did my diligence when picking roofers and by far Springer Brothers was the best priced and in my eyes the most knowledgeable. Try them, you won't be sorry.

Springer Brothers were so helpful and provided quality work for a siding patch/repair job for a door we converted into a window. The team was extremely responsive anytime I had a question, scheduling was a breeze, and then team showed up on the promised date/time without any issues.

Tom came out to look at the leaky roof and told me he would get me an estimate. I had an estimate from another company that said our skylights where junk, Tom told me they are the best one's made and he could get a new flashing kit for them. I received the estimate that afternoon. I was very happy to hear I didn't need to have the roof replaced like the other company said. As soon as I accepted the estimate I was put on the schedule and 2 day's later, it's done they did a great job.

No surprise here. Needed a snap inspection of a roof for a house closing. Spoke with Dalton and even though their crews were out for the day on their respective jobs, he and Ed were able to swing a few spare moments to get our new home's roof looked at. Without that we would've been in the lurch! These guys are great and I fully recommend them to anyone out there. Top notch customer service!

I just used Springer Brothers for a new roof, siding and gutters and couldn't be happier with the end result, the level of service, and the value I received. My job was particularly hard because I needed to remove a couple layers of asphalt shingles and old cedar shingles down to the rafters. All of this was done on the hottest days of the summer. Everyone on the crew was great! They showed up every day, got right to work and worked hard all day long. Despite all of the debris from replacing a roof, they left my house cleaned up at the end of each day and materials organized and ready for the next day. I would highly recommend working with this company. In fact, I am going to have them do more work because I was so happy with this job that they did for me.

Noel and his team were very polite and professional. He took his time to understand all my concerns and address them with the new work. On time for the estimate and to start / complete the work as planned. The work included new gutters to replace the work of others and to add ground drainage to get water away from the home. Will definetely use again for additional work. Thank you very much!

We live in Media and used Springer Brothers for a reroof. The men were vulgar, they took forever and I have 2 major leaks coming into two separate rooms that have ruined ther walls in both rooms. The inside damage is going to cost me to fix and it is all the fault of these lousy roofers.Beware-Do Not Use Springer Brothers.
