They did a great job on roof and facia. The quote was about 1000 less than our other one. They even removed an old metal pole on side of house for free. I'm so happy we listened to our neighbors and friends about using this company. We were putting off getting a roof for a long time because of the hassle and the money but Craig Gouker Roofing made it a very easy process.They were very nice. The financing was very easy. The price was reasonable (a lot less than I feared it would be).They were very efficient with their work and seemed very knowledgeable about what to do when encountering a problem. We have an addition on our house and I was afraid it would cause problems but they knew exactly how to handle it. The gutters and downspouts look amazing as well as the roof. They offered many different color options for both the shingles and the gutters/ downspouts.

I don't give out 5 stars often, but these guys are good! They gave me an itemized estimate that included everything. The other 2 roofing estimates I received had a lot missing from them.I do my research and practically learn to do things before hiring a contractor so that I will know they are doing what they are supposed to do (I have contractor trust issues). I could not find anything wrong.... and I looked... outside, on the ladder, and in the attic. It all appears to be solid, straight, and no sloppy work at all.The roofers were polite, answered my questions, and worked like a well-oiled machine. I am very impressed with them. Oh they even helped me move my heavy porch table and grill back to my porch. Who else does that?Kristin in the showroom helped me decide on shingle and gutter colors to go with the orange brick on my house. Not easy. It looks great! From start to finish, they made the process easy! Brian, my initial contact and lead estimator, met with me and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and his follow up was prompt, clear and concise. He listened well and was patient. His honesty, integrity and expertise were clearly evident!Ryan, the project manager, and his team were professional, hard working and extremely skilled at their craft. The removal of my old roof and installation of my new roof was completed in a matter of 2 days! Ryan's customer service skills were outstanding and he addressed my questions and concerns immediately and went above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. The entire team really took great pride in their work and it showed with their attention to detail and over-all expertise. Craig and his team deserve 10 stars! We had new siding, roof, gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia installed. The entire process - getting a free estimate, selecting colors, finalizing the quote - was so easy. The project was accomplished in only 6 days. The workers showed up promptly everyday before 7am and got to work right away. They were professional, friendly, and very attentive to details. They went above and beyond to make sure every last aspect of the house looked its best, and even made some extra repairs at no additional cost. Craig Gouker Roofing has financing options that can’t be beat, such as 0% interest with no money down. Payment isn’t due until the work is completed. They have quite an amazing operation. The buggy system they use to catch debris is quite impressive, eliminating any need for a dumpster in our driveway. Cleanup was immaculate too. The experience I had with Craig Gouker from picking out the color of shingles at their on site location, to the finished product was simply amazing. I am so pleased with Craig and his company. I needed a full roof replacement, and they ended up realizing that the brick on the side of my house was never anchored. Craig gave me all of my options and I decided to have them also do siding instead of another company coming to install new brick. It looks great and like it was meant to be there. Both crews that came kept me in the loop with everything and worked incredibly efficiently. Kristin was great and extremely helpful, Mike and his crew, Jim and that crew- all fantastic! New roof installation September 2022.Craig Gouker roofing is who you want to do any roofing or outdoor project you may have. Craig himself is very professional and is there for you throughout your project with any questions you may have. Mike the foreman on my job showed up at 7am it was still dark… He explained in detail every step of the the roofing process. At 8am the crew showed up and at 4pm I had a new roof installed. Craig Gouker Roofing was an excellent company to work with. All employees were extremely responsive and professional in communications before, during, and after roof installation. When requesting the quote, there were no pressure tactics. When the crews were scheduled to arrive, they arrived on time, were hard working, and pleasant to interact with. Even my neighbors came out to comment on how hard the crews worked. Chimney removal, old roofing, and gutter removal was done quickly. The new roof, venting, gutters, soffit and fascia were also installed quickly. The end result is beautiful. We just had Craig Goukers team do a fantastic job on our project.we had a roof, gutters ,gutter guards and siding done.Craig has a group of amazing employees that keep his customers happy and his business running smoothly. Everything from the start went flawlessly - from the fair quote john gave us -plus how appreciative we were that we requested soo many samples of roofing colors till we found the right one and he was always happy to bring them by and did it quicklyand to all the conversations with kristen about financing , colors we were picking and just any general questions we needed answered , she was always very informative and made sure to answer everything so we felt comfortable& of course to the wonderful craftsmen/ carpenters - Ryan and Eric they were meticulous in their work and made sure everything looked perfect! I can't lie - the entire reason I went with Craig Gouker Roofing was because of Kristin. She was beyond kind and timely with responses when questions would arise. The crew was said to arrive in the morning the day of the job, and they were right on time. They took care of the roof, which was damaged during a hail storm. They offered colors no other roofer had that had given us an estimate, and at no additional cost even though the collection was labeled as the "Designer Collection". The entire process was stupid easy and relaxing. I was worried with this being a huge expense and all, but they (namely Kristin) just made it so easy! The crew that arrived were friendly and kept me updated as the process went along. They magnet swept the yard many times over, ensuring all nails were pulled as they knew we have two dogs who play in the yard. You'd never know they were here, aside from the amazingly beautiful roof in the place of our old, dingy one. We'd encountered one slight issue on our porch, where water had damaged the boards inside. The crew told me not to worry, and replaced it. It was hardly an added expense, even though I was worried. They just take care of business without breaking the bank. Lastly, the gutter install. The before and after on the small section of gutters is outstanding! What beautiful work. Overall, a 100/10 experience. Highly recommend!

I had some recent water damage and struggled to isolate the problem. Gouker roofing came out and immediately diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to fix and prevent any further damage. The price was reasonable and the work and quality was outstanding. The crews where punctual and they worked from the time they arrived until the time they ended for the day, despite some tough weather conditions. I needed an estimate done for our new house when we were in the negotiating phase for closing. Brian went out right away and got me the estimate very fast. After the closing and moving in I reached out and Kristin went to schedule me and help me choose a color I decided to go in person to view the samples first. I called Craig for an estimate on a roof replacement for our house. Craig came the next day and actually put up a ladder and checked out my roof. I had estimates from other companies but none of them actually went onto the roof. I was impressed right away. Within an hour I had a very competitive quote. I asked Craig for examples of other roofs he had done in our area and he quickly gave me four examples which all looked great. We accepted his proposal. Ryan and his team quickly and efficiently removed the old roof and put on the new. They also repaired problems from previous jobs that kept the gutters from draining. They did everything they said they would do and some extras on top. Great job. Great people.

They kept the worksite clean (even with spring rain conditions) and were professional in all aspects of their work and interactions. As they ran into unexpected conditions, he kept me informed and advised me of the best practices. The work demonstrated a higher level of craftsmanship and expertise that we would have found elsewhere. The result was a roof that is as beautiful and strong today as when it was installed in 2014.
