The Roofing Doctor did a fantastic job. From coming out promptly and providing a detailed quote, to the job completion, our roofing project went great. The installation crew did a great job in prepping our house and yard for the demo and install. The cleanup was thorough as well, with no debris or nails left anywhere. All that and the job was finished in one day (we have an average size roof), the new roof looks great, and the rotted clapboards at the base of our chimney were replaced as well.I highly recommend the Roofing Doctor.

We are so pleased with the work the Roofing Doctor has done for us over the last several years. We own an old colonial house built in 1752, on the National Historic Register, which presents its own set of challenges and we are quite sensitive to keeping it in good condition, both physically and aesthetically. The Roofing Doctor has worked with us to achieve these sometimes-conflicting objectives. They completely re-shingled the gambrel roof with premium cedar shingles, repaired a significant crack in the chimney, re-worked the gutters & downspouts replacing the copper offsets (custom hand crafted), and most recently, they completely restored the pine front door replacing some rotting panels with very fine, detailed carpentry work. They were even able to keep in place an antique lock which came from an 1845 mill my great, great grandfather owned. All of their work has not only been competitively priced but done with meticulous craftsmanship. They completed each job in a timely manner within the scope of contract and they are the most knowledgeable, courteous, and hard-working team of people we have ever dealt with. On all projects the work went smoothly and the execution of the Roofing Doctor was topnotch.We highly recommend them.

He also explained the different type of shingles that would be best for my house. Sergei’s office assistant was wonderful because she helped me pick out the color of shingle that would look best on my home. The work was done promptly after I signed the estimate. I was very pleased with Sergei, the staff, and crew at Roofing Doctor. First, Sergei stopped by initially to assess the job. He was on time, which is something I greatly appreciate with contractors/workers, and provided the quote in a timely manner. The quote seemed fair and materials of high quality to me. He and his staff provided a date/time to start the job and the crew was spot on and ready to start the roof replacement. Importantly, the office was excellent with communication. I was impressed with both the speed and care taken to remove the old roof and replace it. Notably, any minor damage to the underlying structure was repaired and the roof including flashing around chimney was replaced. I truly appreciate the quality of work and think the product looks great visually. The crew covered bushes adjacent to the house and there was only some very minor debris in the gardens once the job was complete. The entire job including clean up and removal of all materials was two days. I would certainly use Roofing Doctor again and would highly recommend to anyone needing roof repairs.

Sergei came out and told me what to expect and how much it would cost. I received a written proposal the next day. I accepted and sent a small deposit and the stripped and installed a beautiful new roof the following week along with cleaning and resecuring my gutters and installing stainless steel micro mesh gutter guards. They covered everything and cleaned up thoroughly using high powered magnets to get all the nails. We were so pleased The Roofing Doctor was recommended to us. We had and ongoing leak that had been fixed once before. They diagnosed the problem and gave us the option to attempt another repair or replace our 22 year old roof. We decided to replace the roof and were given a number of shingle options. I was lucky enough to catch them when there was a cancellation, so they were literally there the next day. He told me it would be finished in one day and it was.
