I just finished up my second large project using Nardelli Builders, and already asked for a quote on a third project. I shared Dan’s name with two of my colleagues as well. My husband is a woodworker, my brother is a contractor, and my dad was a contractor and an engineer, so we have very high standards, but Dan and his team lived up to them. From our first communication, Dan was extremely thorough and answered every one of my questions to ensure his quotes included every detail I hoped for. There were no surprises through the completion of either project. Dan and his team were very trustworthy and responsive and always let us know when they would be at the house so we didn’t have any surprises. I was grateful not to have to find my own tile person, carpenters, painter, and plumber for these jobs. Will use Nardelli Builders again!

It took us a long time to finally move forward with our home renovations and even longer to find a contractor. On recommendation from a friend, we found Nardelli Builders. Our renovations included an addition to our house which extended (and gutted) our kitchen, added a primary bathroom and an additional bedroom. This included removal of some existing structure which was difficult to access in our yard. When meeting with Dan, he had a good game plan for accessing our yard and the right equipment to get the job done. Dan’s team was professional, friendly, and respectful. My family enjoyed chatting with them throughout the project. We remained in our home throughout the construction and the team did their best to respect our living space and leave us with a functional kitchen for as long as possible. Dan was often on-site and very responsive by phone or text. We are very happy with the care and quality of Nardelli Builders work. We love our new kitchen, bathroom, and my son is loving his new (finally, own) bedroom. I would highly recommend Nardelli Builders and hope to use them again for our next project.

I can't say enough about Dan Nardelli and the work he did on my home. I added a 2 story addition that included a garage, family room, master bed and bath, deck, patio, and front porch. The project went without any major hitches. Dan as transparent and responsive the whole project. Any minor incremental cost came from me asking "what if we do this, " which Dan was more than tolerant of. His team was professional and had great attention to detail. They were also all very respectful and considerate of me and my family which were living in a construction zone. I love my new house and I can't thank Dan enough.

Dan Nardelli and his crew have completed 2 projects for us in the last few months, and we have zero complaints, except that our budget restricts hiring him again for a bit. One of our projects was planned-a new deck-and the other one was an urgent unforeseen roof replacement. Both times Dan responded to our need quickly, and with fair pricing, and most importantly: he showed up when he said he would, finished on schedule, and there were no surprise charges at the end of the projects.I was particularly grateful for Dan’s responsiveness when my roof started leaking around the holidays when most people turn their work phones off. We agreed it could wait until after Christmas (but not until spring) to address it and without even having to remind him or check in, he contacted ME to get the ball rolling in late December. Our family is very pleased with Nardelli Builders. We contracted with Dan in 2020, to build a two story in-law apartment that would be attached to the main house. There were several challenges that had to be addressed during this construction. The biggest challenge was to ensure that when constructed, the apartment would blend in with the main house and appear as if it was always there. The main house is a unique style with a flat roof and mansard shingles. Dan and his crew (Dave, Dave and Nelson) met all challenges and our neighbors have all commented that the new addition looks like it has always been there.We would highly recommend Nardelli Builders for any building projects. Dan and his crew are very professional. They made our dream come true and we enjoyed having them here.

Dan Nardelli and his crew replaced the roof on our house(s) - two joined waterfront houses- and re-sided them. Six skylights were also replaced. We had half a dozen other companies work on the house and none could compare for communication and thoughtful analysis and solution of problems (the house leaked in six places). They sealed everything up so well that our problem with rodents in the house was also solved. They are prompt and concerned that the customer gets exactly what is expected, often giving choices regarding details. We were very impressed with the well-organized and articulate proposal that itemized the cost of every task required as part of the job instead of just giving abottom line price. I hired them after watching the work that they were doing on a neighbor's home. Last, but not least, Dan has a lovely singing voice we enjoyed while he works. (Yes, he stops by daily to see how the work is progressing and lends a hand when needed.) The crew (Dave, Dave, and Nelson) are energetic and polite. They take pride in their work. After finding the right house and moving to Rhode Island, we were looking for someone to do new renovations/upgrades to the house. We found Dan Nardelli and Nardelli Builders, Inc. through our neighbor, and he did not disappoint. All have been what we consider major endeavors, as we have spent thousands of dollars on each of them. By far, Nardelli Builders have outdone all others. They are professional, friendly, and detail oriented. You can not go wrong if you decide to pick them to tackle your project. They stick to the budget, cut no corners, and leave the homeowner extremely happy. Let me be clear, please don’t expect cut-rate pricing, as they will not compromise their integrity to get every single job that comes along. I have learned from my mistakes in the past; it’s not worth trading the importance of workmanship to save a few hundred bucks here and there on the quote.
