Great company! I am a first time homeowner who had a leak within 2 weeks of moving in! Michael came the same day he was called.. very professional and informative and had someone out the next day to start . I had the pleasure of meeting a few workers who came out to do some work, however, Ryan, Tom, Nemencio, Manny V and Desmond were the ones that stood out.. they were all SUPER nice and professional, Always on time, very considerate and courteous to the fact that I was also working from home. They did an excellent job getting things back in order for me. I have been recommending this company to any and everyone I know who may need services one day. Great Job!

I really can't say enough about 911 Restoration! I had a disaster in my finished basement - water everywhere and I couldn't identify the problem. I called and they were on premise within a n hour or so. They figured out what happened and immediately got to work to rectify the problem. The plumber was there that same day and stopped the leak and the clean-up and restoration started immediately! They were very helpful dealing with the insurance company as well. And when it was all completed - you cannot tell that I had a disaster and that my finished basement had work done. It was seamless and looks fabulous! The entire office staff was fabulous and responsive - always returning my call and dealing with my questions immediately. They were great and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. Mike, Gina and Jessica were excellent to work with! Thank you!!!

The owner Mike is a 100% con artist! Google his name and you’ll see. I had him out to my home at 10am during the week with 4 inches of water in my basement. He jacked up the bill because he had to pull guys off another job (the workers stated that they were working on his own home.) he’s extremely pushy to sign documents without even reading them. READ THE FINE PRINT! Gina is another one along for the ride. Extremely two face. I had extremely nice finished hardwood floors in my basement and he decided to take it upon himself to install some vinyl garbage that was on sale at Home Depot. He will never give you a 24 hour notice. You never know if workers will be working in your home until 7:30am when they knock on your door. Extremely extremely unprofessional! I’d stay far away from this company, mike and his tag along Ray who is extremely pushy!Services: Remodeling, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

These guys were great!! Ryan and Mike were ALWAYS very professional and worked very hard to make sure we got what we asked for. ANYTIME we call, they answer. Any questions we had, they answered. They were very supportive and helpful throughout the entire process for the remodel of our bathroom! When my husband kept calling back with questions/inquiries, they remained VERY patient and professional. My husband and I are so eager to update many things in our home...lol!!Felix and Jashua worked very hard on our bathroom...sweat pouring, you could tell they are a great asset to the team.Felix did a phenomenal job with the tile work in our bathroom. It looks immaculate!!! You would think it is hardwood flooring. It looks amazing and better than anything I could have hoped for. As a team, they both work VERY well together and they get the job done!!Thank you so much for all the hard work and sweat that was put into our bathroom!!There was a small hiccup with our shower door, but Jim came out RIGHT AWAY and got it fixed with no issues. He worked very hard and came on his day off (holiday weekend). We are very happy with how it came out!***I cannot WAIT to see how our windows and other projects turn out :-) *** Thank you everyone!!!

Nemenico and Manny V worked on my bathroom and I can’t express how grateful I am for there professionalism, they arrived everyday on time, they covered my floors so my rugs would not get damaged and everyday came with their mask on which should me they had respect for the COVID 19. They always were up beat with a positive attitude and included me in the design process of what they were doing. If I ever need anyone or if family or friend Inwould highly recommend them. We needed a kitchen remodeled after a pipe bursted in our basement. They will design it how ever they want and say that what you picked was out of stock. Their work is not guaranteed because we have mold that grew on the cardboard ceiling they installed in my basement. They also said they would not come back and replace it until we started paying on the deductible. I did so and they still have yet to come back. They stopped returning emails and phone calls.They use threats to get money owed. They also wait until the last minute to even start the job. They also Got my house confused for another house in a different city.WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN. Avoid the scam, stress, and drama.Lesson learned: call your insurance company instead of them.Services: Remodeling, Flooring, Plumbing

We had 3 water damage issues in 2 of my properties and 911 restoration were there within an hour to clean and dry the mess, they helped me every step of the way. It was a very stressful time for us. But they made it so easy and pain free. we are 100 % satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the respect all their staff have for us, they treated us like family.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM!! My very small job started 5 months ago, has been a nightmare from the beginning (I went 6 weeks without a kitchen sink and counter), and it isn't even finished. In fact they have several problems to take care of. I can't imagine a worse company, really! nemencio and manny V did nice job with floors, gave 4 not 5 .my house is older and little creaking when you step. was hoping could have put a board underneath and drilled it in to perhaps lessen the noise , but outside that the tile floors came out good.

NEVER CAME BACK OUT TO FIX THE MISTAKES THAT THEY MADE. POOR WORKSMANSHIP THAT THEY DID. I HAD GIVEN THEM A GOOD REVIEW BEFORE, BUT I TAKE THAT BACK. THEY ARE A TRASH COMPANY WITH UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES AND I ALREADY HAVE A LAWYER TO SUE THEM FOR BREACHING THEIR CONTRACT AND FOR FAULTY REPAIRS. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT A TERRIBLE OUTCOME. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND TRUST. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED. 1ST TIME HOME OWNER AND I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THIER MISTAKES.
