I moved to West warwick and decided to give a nearby company to give me an estimate little did I know the owner himself came , but he made us feel so comfortable with him that he stayed and chilled in the kitchen with us at that point he stole our hearts .miceli, we love you. Had wind damage to the steeple of our church in Warwick. Unable to find any local companies who specialize in steeple repair, I found Miceli Roofing on line. John came out to look at the damage in a snow storm! Quoted a reasonable price and had it repaired within days. Very efficient office and workers. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Hiring Miceli roofing was the smartest home decision I could have made. After multiple estimates that were so outrageously priced John showed up and sold me a roof not an hour long presentation of the company. He was the only one to actually get on the roof to give me a price instead of sitting at my kitchen table. John and his team are incredible they turned a very stressful experience into a great one. Their timeliness and communication were great. They were in and out in a single day and when they left you would never have known they were even here except for my beautiful new roof.

When my garage roof started to leak and with concern that it would only get worse, I did a search for roofers. Micelli’s website, especially the reviews with specific mention of John, and the fact that it was local caused me to contact them. My impression when I met John was that he was good at what he did and that I could trust him. I was concerned about the cost. John suggested I contact my insurance , something that had not occurred to me to do. Frequent rainstorms lengthened the process but thoughout, the office staff maintained contact, responding promptly to my calls and to texts or emails – always pleasant and helpful. I am relieved to have a new roof with no longer concerns about water damage. I cannot say enough good things about John, Armando, and the entire staff. They are what good business is all about.

Miceli roofing installed the new roof at my home and I’m very happy with the results. They were the 3rd and final roofer to give me an estimate, and prior to meeting him, I was convinced I was going with the first company who evaluated my roof.John spent a lot of time at my house explaining everything to me so I could understand what was going on. He told me about the product he uses and why, how they install it, and common issues that come with old houses (mine was built in 1900). But what convinced me to use Miceli was when John explained how he would ensure proper ventilation in my attic, which was my biggest concern aside from a leaking roof. He offered a couple of options that the other two contractors did not mentioned.All that being said, John and his team were friendly, professional, and FAST. Once the permit was obtained from the town, my work was scheduled in under two weeks and completed in two days. There were several complications that came up during the installation due to the age of the house, but they were all handled with the utmost skill and know-how.I’m extremely satisfied and impressed with the quality of work and the overall experience I had with Miceli roofing. I contacted Micelli Roofing in August. They came without notice and "repaired the roof" while I was in Vermont. They used the wrong shingles and did not fix the leak. After 5 months of being their last priority, I am left in worse shape than before I hired them. I have more than one leak now, the work was unorganized and inferior, the owner told me to quit asking questions and leave him alone so he could work in peace, they put plastic in my attic and it is now filled with water and up there causing problems 5 MONTHS LATER. It is now almost Christmas and my roof is leaking worse than ever and they are oh sorry we couldn't seem to do it here is your money back. After wasting an entire fall they are now abandoning the job leaving me in an awful, inexcusable, unnecessary situation as a single mom. Unforgiveable. Do NOT Hire. I would have given zero stars but not an option.

Miceli roofing repaired a leak in my roof until weather permitted it to be replaced. They did a wonderful job - they were very knowledgable about the types & slopes etc needed for our house. During a recent windstorm, I lost a good portion of the roofing to my 75 year old house. I had never filed an insurance claim, not sought a roofer. I went on line and did some research as to product, services and average pricing for a home such as mine. I read reviews for Miceli roofing and decided to give them a call. As soon as I called John answered personally. He was out the next day with a crew to do an emergency repair. He kept in touch regularly as I was dealing with the insurance company. When the appraisal came back, he noticed many things that the insurance company had neglected to consider, such as bringing the roof up to current codes, permit fees, etc. He worked tirelessly with them so that I could get the standard of roof required at this time.John instantly seemed like I'd known him for years. He was timely, the work was beautifully done and in quite a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I have had.I would highly recommend John and Miceli Roofing. I contacted John the owner for an estimate for my grandparents roof. John was at my grandparents the very next day. My grandparents roof was in very bad shape and needed a ton of work done. John provided a outstanding price and was unbelievably accomandating throughout the whole process. He kept me informed every step of the way.
