The team that came to my house with no exception ARE professional friendly and very polite very neat and clean job some work they found out actually did not need to be done they educated me about it and instead of still charging me full price they discounted the estimate on the spot Miguel is the supervisor and his team is AWESOME I notice overnight how much warmer my house is I lost one degree last night when in the paste I would loose six degrees definitely will recommend Rhode Island insulation thank you guys

I was very pleased with this companies communication and overall work to insulate my entire multifamily building through the Mass Save program. They blew insulation into all my walls, insulated the whole perimeter of my basement, sealed open spaces around my basement egress and placed weather stripping to all the doors for all 3 units that share the exterior of the building. I could already feel a difference in my apartment at the end of day 1. Wow! Amazing. I can’t wait to see the difference in my heating bills.Communication is as important to me is overall work performance. This company excelled at both. I was able to obtain dates from Kenny to start work fairly quickly (within 2 weeks). Joe, man in charge, explained things in detail every step of the way. Very much appreciated. They must’ve had about seven or eight guys here the first day and return the second day with about four or five guys to finish the job. They worked efficiently and diligently the entire time being sure to cover appropriate items and clean up as they went. I was very impressed. I find myself to be a fairly harsh critic compared to the average person and they definitely met and sometimes exceeded my expectations. Great job guys! I have already recommended you to a realtor I know. 😊👍

You are better off going to some other insulation company.Workers are not polite and unprofessional. They plug their phones in any bedroom or room without asking and left trash behind everywhere! The workers would eat lunch and leave empty bottles and trash in and outside the property!They left holes allover the siding outside! Was told they will return to fix and they never did.By far the worst people i have ever have come to work on my home!If you are a home owner and a person of color please let me know if you get a sense of Negative vibes coming from the employees.If you want to experience being uncomfortable in your own home, hire them!The foam that they use to insulate the basement was done carelessly and messy!I had to clean up a huge mess of dirt and foam left behind!Good luck if you hire them, maybe they didnt like me i dont know! Maybe they dont like seeing people that are not white doing well! I dont know. But its been over 2 years now since they did the work here and i still have resentment having them here.Now that i did this review i can move on LOL!Again good luck with these guys!

Absolutely beautiful job these guys did...90 degrees outside...they installed insulation in the attic....they were up on the roof...out in the hot sun and down in the basement...hard working...very professional and friendly. Left everything nice and clean....definitely recommend!!!!!

Contractor never performed a final inspection with building inspector nor did they close out the insulation permit they opened with the town. They also got blowin insulation all through my vents by not properly sealing. Don’t hire these guys.
