Called Statewide after having two other plumbers out to my house. No one could properly diagnose the hammering issue in the house. I was lucky enough to get Marc out to take a look. He narrowed it down to two issues and provided two options to move forward. We opted for full boilermate replacement after chasing the problem through other companies for 6 months. Install was beautiful, Marc kept us up to date the entire time and ultimate we made the right decision. He showed me the failed tank after removing. Can’t recommend Statewide enough

From the first phone call to the Visit from the technicians to explain the new water heater, Statewide Plumbing was exceptional. Carlos worked with me to find the perfect hot water tank for our needs. His team checked the space to ensure that it would fit, they installed it, made sure everything was working, and came back to explain the system to me as it is a hybrid and operates a little differently. Excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend their service.

I’ve had a great experience with Statewide. My furnace went out. I called statewide and they scheduled an appointment. Carlos came to take a look repaired and cleaned out the furnace. What I appreciated most was how Carlos took his time on the furnace and he also educated me on how the furnace. I referred Statewide to a friend and she shared the same experience with me. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. Statewide have fair prices, professionals and are knowledgeable. I plan on using Statewide for all of my heating/cooling/plumbing needs moving forward!

I had a whole house water filter installed by Statewide plumbing in my home. Yes it was a small project that was done by Statewide plumbing but they came in and instsalled the water filter and made the system work for our home. The water taste a lot better then before the water filter was installed. After the project was done Statewide went over how to replace the filter and made sure we had no problems. The best part the project was not a hack job like other plumbing companies out there. The project was professional done and was very cleanly done. I’ve had some unfortunate incidents at my family’s home over the past 16 or so years… Statewide has always been there for us; for routine maintenance but also emergency situations. And one absolutely catastrophic event. 4-6 weeks ago I had an issue…. And was in panic mode.I called up and Carlos called me back promptly. I sent pictures of what was going on…He called me back and instructed me of what to do and what valve to shut off. Solved the problem of geyser of water flowing out of the house in 2 minutes. (Which if not handled quickly would have flooded basement within 30 minutes… it truly was a geyser.If not for prompt response, we would have been looking at a $40-60K insurance claim and weeks of headaches.(I did actually call a plumbing company with an office 10 minutes away… thought being they’d be closer and able to respond to such an emergency quicker… nope. (Took local company an hour and 22 minutes to respond to my 3 phone calls to them) Statewide solved my problem, without even sending anyone out. Gave me the info to fix issue… and saved the day!) ((and advice they gave us was never even billed for!))I knew I should have called them first; as they’ve always been responsive in the past.But, in a panic moment I called what I thought would be a more local place.Big mistake. Statewide is Statewide. They got trucks everywhere….I’m not going to make that mistake ever again…Calling them first!

They went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed well. We had a tankless hot water pump installed and also moved a washer/dryer unit. We thought we'd need to hire an electrician to install a new plug for the washer/dryer unit, but they did that themselves. Everything was done to satisfaction. Very nice people, too.
