So I need some fan repair and window repairs for window crank & screen. After asking around and doing research online, I found the New England House Doctor. Roland returned my call quickly and said he would come the next day to check the issue. He is very experienced and solved every of my issues easily and quickly within one hour. His charge is very reasonable too. It’s not easy these days to find an experienced handyman to come fix the issue quickly with high quality and reasonable price. Roland has done a number of repairs for me over the last 5 years and all of his work has been excellent. He is responsive when I email, works with my schedule to come see what I need done and then provides an estimate quickly. I have always found the costs to be reasonable for the work and materials that are needed. Most recently, he removed a large a/c unit mounted in the wall of my living room, disposed of it for me and then patched the inside and outside of the wall, including getting paint to match my interior wall and working to patch in siding on the outside.
