POOR SERVICE AND LOW QUALITY. Will never use this company again. Constant issues with windows, no support.Beyond that the windows are low quality and they are not aware of the codes for commercial builds. The leadership there was terrible surprised they are still in business. One window wont even open properly.

Competed this job via Yelp and had some good visits as a result. But Scott Lombardi brought a level of customer care and created confidence that Venture Windows might be a better choice. Their numbers came in lower too in the hand written cost estimate. Quality Windows are now installed and we will do more business in the future. All windows and workmanship is covered under a great warranty too. This local company is strongly recommended for call your window replacement needs.

We had Venture windows installed in our house summer of 2022 so this is our second winter with these windows. The salesman/owner of Venture came over to our house and said we needed new windows because there was some moisture on our previous windows. We spent all of our savings replacing the windows in our house. Winter of 2022 came and every morning we woke up our brand new windows were covered in moisture. We called the owner back to look at the windows and he said the moisture is due to our house being humid. Again, he sold us these windows because he said there should not be any moisture on our windows and if we buy his windows we won’t have that. The moisture on our old windows doesn’t even compare to the amount of moisture on our new windows.This is our second winter with these windows and again just all moisture on them. There is now black mold growing inside of the windows and we have no way of cleaning them. We are two young, hardworking people with small children that spent our savings on these windows which now have black mold in them. The whole situation is very unfortunate.

Excellent experience from start to finish. John Mills very efficient and nice to deal with. The Installation team showed the years of experience in every detail of the installation. Fast and efficient. We have used the Venture Team in the past (1980'S) for windows in a rental. When we decided this year to replace the windows in our house (15) we didn't hesitate to hire this Co. for the job. Super customer service and experienced long term employees! Quality product. I definitely recommend Venture Window. At my commercial location, I had a screen door installed, along with work on an existing outer door.Bruce, one of the owners, came out to do the estimate. During that time, he was straightforward, gave me options, and recommended that I could still use my existing outer door/not have to replace- saving me some $.He and his staff were great with communication through the whole process. After the estimate and ordering the screen door, they kept me informed of the timetable. On my install date, Steve the installer was great- also kept me informed on what he was doing.I’m very satisfied with all parts of the job. On top of all of this, their pricing was easily the best. Venture gives you many options for makes and models of doors and windows. We have used Venture multiple times now. They have always been extremely professional, timely, responsive and worked with my requests/plans. They have installed new windows (involving expanding window openings) replaced existing windows, and now, re-sided our home! All work has been excellent. Most recently they replaced all siding and trim on our 1940 home. It looks like a new house! Prices are great for the job as well - especially worth it for the ease of working with a group that will come and take care of everything. Bill the salesperson is great and Scott the project manager was especially fantastic in my most recent project.Especially important, the worksite was kept clean, as debris-free as possible, and after the first two days of demolition, our kids were able to play in our yard/house without us stressing about nails or other sharp objects.Service: Window installation

I worked with John Mills and some of his team and they were great! We live in a historic district in Providence and John was very familiar with the process and the type of product that would meet the historic commission standards. We ended up purchasing new storm windows that look great and are much more practical that what we had. The installation team was very professional and competent. No matter what project you do to your home you want the contractor to be confident and stand by their word. That's exactly what Venture Window did for me.My window project was large and unusual but Venture came in with one of the best prices and delivered a professional installation. They tried their best to avoid a lift rental but even when it was deemed necessary they stood by the original price of the project. Two other BIG NAME window company's switched up on pricing after quoting the job, one months after even after taking deposit.You'd be ignorant not to give Venture a shot. No B.S. , Fair pricing and a skilled crew.

They have a broad selection of products, from basic vinyl for my rental properties to historic wood windows. Prices are always fair, and their crews really are great. After speaking with a neighbor who used Venture, we called them to give us a window estimate for our entire house. The owner, John, provided us with a very informative 45 minute presentation including sample windows, product literature, references and insurance information. The prices for the various windows were pre-printed right on their product guide-spreadsheet and were very competitive. We had 26 windows installed right on time (4 weeks) and love them. The installers were very respectful of our home and did a great job. We had a small problem with one of the screens and they returned promptly to fix it. Would highly recommend.

Last year in the old location, then bragged largest showroom in New England, I never made it through the front door! I had a hard time parking the car in front and then walked in only to find out that they said they could not beat my price I left on voicemail. Weird. They really pounded on me. I wanted to tell them that I saw that mansion they did on their websites and the windows for a low price, but I could not get a word in edgewise acting like they are the only game in town!I guess that was the bait & switch showing low prices on their website. They said that I would not find anyone to do it for that price. I did and got a good contractor and they did vinyl my whole house and all new windows for the price of a few pricey windows at this place. I didn't get it, they blew me off faster than I could ask for a price. I was two feet in the door and they blew up at me. I guess they want just High End Customers. Wow! I was thunderstruck! I never came back and glad because I am real happy with out contractor. He did a superb job over 4 days.

I'm more than happy with the work performed by the Venture Window LLC team. It was a reasonably large project, replacing 17 windows and 3 doors and their very experienced crew were able to finish the job to my satisfaction within 2 days and left no mess behind.

It is our second time we had Venture Window to do our project. The reason is simple: we trusted them from our first experience. After calling John to give an estimate for the project we didn't even look for any other estimate. If you are looing for someone who would come to work as they said and guarantee the quality that's Venture window. What we also like is that they always have experienced workers. This time was Bob. He was very professional and had very good workmanship. Dave was also a very good helper. I truly appreciated. John came to see how the work was going a couple of times. So was Bruce. John will let me know if it rains and they need to change a work day. The work was done beautifully. I highly recommend Venture Window for any project that they could offer. Thank you Bob, Dave and John.

Locally owned company. Very happy with their windows, sales approach, and price. They did not do any sort of high pressure sales tactics, which happens a lot in this industry. Can't say enough good things about this company. Have done business with them for 15 plus years. Had my windows and sliders replaced 12 years ago and large bay window last year. Had a problem today with one window I replaced 12 years ago and they are sending a repair man out this afternoon. Venture put in 9 windows in my condo today per agreement with the condo management company. These guys are great. Real pros. Extremely efficient. The whole job took only a few hours and after finishing they cleaned up and helped me put my furniture back in place and re-installed my window dressing.
