Completed pool deck concrete removal/replacement June 2023. Norbert was a breath of fresh air compared to other contractors. Very professional, did exactly what he said and scheduled us quickly while also being exactly on time with job completion. Norbert gave me a quote which I promptly accepted. He said he’d be here in two weeks. Two weeks comes and then he says he’s behind because of broken down equipment. Which I completely understand. But then he stopped responding. My fiancée called him - and he said he still wanted the job and that he would let me know when he would be coming. It’s been a month since then and he’s still not responded to any messages left. Incredibly disappointed.

I called shoreline on a Sunday around 3 in the afternoon and by 4 the same day they were out to give me an estimate on my property for repair on a foundation and concrete removal. A week later they came in one day and did an outstanding job, they stayed late until the job was complete. Norbert and his father were amazing. They responded to texts and calls any time of day. They showed up when they said they would. They worked hard and the prices were very reasonable. They gave quotes over the phone from pictures sent via text and stuck to them. Even when the job expanded they showed up on New Year Eve to keep the job on schedule! I could not be happier. Called numerous concrete companies in Rhode Island and Massachusetts area for a 12x12 patio fire pit project ( grading, forms, concrete, stamp and stain ) and all of them quoted prices $2500-$3500 which was way above national average simply because they did not want to be bothered with a "small job". Shoreline Concrete was friendly when i contacted them and came out for a site inspection ( something none of the others would do ) , then provided me a very reasonable quote at that time. Weather challenges delayed work ( very rainy almost every day ) but they completed within 2 wks in between all the bad weather, they were punctual, polite, professional and most importantly the end result patio was done very nicely. We were so pleased we will be using them for a larger patio project next year. I would strongly recommend them for your needs, large or small.
