They put on a garage roof. No flashing provided, not included.Left a quart bag of nails on the ground. Did not clean after the job.Got a flat because of the nails. Cost an additional $411.00. No response and no refund.The siding guy was better.

Subcontractors BEWARE! I did a Job for Rex Peters about 2-3 months ago now. This was an insurance job. We held our end by completing the work and we were never paid the balance. There was little communication and now there is zero. They claim they have not received a check but as a business owner when I sub work out, if the customer does not pay I still hold my end up by paying the work that was complete no matter what. Again this was an insurance job so it was confirmed that they did pay. Rex Peters is now not paying C.E.S Construction the money we are owed. He claims we left a mess. This was after he decided not to pay us. There was a pile of trash we did leave and im happy we did. That would have been more money I pay my guys that I would not have gotten reimbursed for.

They work was great but had to beg him to finsh putting in skylight they told me they would be back made excuses the.n he got payed threw. Insurance and he got payed in full but told me i had to pay 6000 for plywood i told him they payed you my deductable was 1000 and i payed thst he got 17 thousand for roof but insurance would not pay for deck and he didnt do it but wanted to charge me for it i told him not paying thst had to pay610 dollars and then he came and put in he said if insurance payed hum for deck he would pay me back never oay it off till they finish job dont trust anyone but they do good work not so honest own made alot excuses for not comeing to put skylight he said it was ordered then he was waiting to have a guy come put it in he saud he was busy but he got payed for it and then i had to pay him 610dollars to come put it in just pay when job us done and not beforeServices: Skylight repair, Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Excellent from beginning to end. I'm very picky and could not complain about any of the work. Vinyl sided my entire home, new roof, gutters and front door. Ryan was great and always responded every time. The work is great, super detailed. Also, the entire project start to finish was 2 weeks, unheard of nowadays. I hired Harley's after meeting Rex who came to my house several times to make sure my wife and I picked the right shingles...Rex was beyond accommodating and very easy to talk too, he never tried to upsell anything and was always honest...the roofers are subbed out and not Harley's workers however, they were at my house at 7:30am and worked until the roof was done which about 7:00pm, they worked hard and steady...never complained about anything and they worked in 96 degree heat...they all did an amazing job. I was driving down 195 when I see a truck fly 3 lanes over with no signal then the guy driving throws a cigarette out the window that hits my car. When I pass the truck, the guy Is texting and driving and the company name Is on the side doors. Great advertising. I couldn't do It any better myself.

Kyle the sales manager was absolutely no help at all, pat who answers the phone needs to find a new job, claims the owner Rex would come look at the damage to my car and garage but never showed up! Thank God my daughter didn't ALTHOUGH some good reviews, they do unscrupulous business! They tricked my daughter into signing a Document that they needed to communicate with her insurance company, which sounded plausible, THEY didn't TELL her ABOUT fine print on back of document ! Very unethical ! THEY Are GOING to be reported to THE BBB for sure! CRUMS.COM IS WHO THEY ARE !
