Want an honest review? I had the roof replaced on both my house and garage by QSPS in February. Once completed, I collected over 100 nails left on my property. After one rainstorm my bathroom ceiling was completely saturated with water, moisture, and had potential for mold. This was due to faulty flashing done by the roofers. The flashing was corrected however the initial response for repair to my bathroom by Owner Greg was to "paint over the water mark" although the ceiling was visibly collapsing. After explaining the necessity for a full ceiling repair, a contractor was sent in. James, who did a great job, was instructed by the owner not to paint the bathroom walls, which had compound on them from the ceiling repair. I placed text/calls to not only Greg but also John and at no point were my calls ever returned. I was ignored and had to communicate through the contractor.The only calls I ever received, six to be exact, were to schedule an "in person" Google review at my home, for the QSPS service provided. Unlike the rest of the QSPS assisted and manipulated 5 star reviews, I did not have the experience that others have stated they had so I will opt to write my own, unassisted review, which I am actually keeping brief. I tried to include photos and ironically this page will not allow it - It gives an error message “The connection was reset” I can provide pictures and receipts for any/all statements made. I hope for the future QSPS clients you start focusing more on respecting clients homes, their time, returning their calls and allow them to write their own reviews without the manipulation of your forced 5 star reviews. The roofers themselves, Dan and James deserve the recognition, you sir and your lack of concern for my home and my situation do not. Do better.

QSPS is a great company to work with, for the initial inspection of our roof damage to the completed job. Everything was smooth and easy. Customer service was great and we felt comfortable leaving the work to the team. Our roof looks great.The team did everything in 1 day, from removing the old shingles to adding the new ones and any minor repairs needed. Clean up was also awesome, you would never know there was even work done if you looked around the house. Shout out to Jeffrey, John and Greg for all the assistance. We will recommend their services to friends and family and will call QSPS for our future siding too.

Greg & his team at Qsps. When HELP was needed the team responded when their was a severe wind storm in my neighborhood. My next door neighbor had work done prior from the same storm their team was able to get me a full roof replacement and siding that blew off my house. As a bonus they added black seemless gutters and down spouts check out the pics below. We had a vent covering for our attic crawlspace blow off during a storm. The repair was a small job but up on a ladder and something I didn't feel safe attempting myself. After months of searching for a company willing to take this small repair we finally found QSPS and they took such good care of us and got it done quickly. I am very impressed with Qsps especially the roofers. They were here at 7 AM and had the tarps and shingles all put in place in 1 day, no messes left behind very good job. Bob did a very well job helping me get a brand new 5 star roof through the insurance company. I would say it is pretty foolish not to take advantage of Qsps and there no risk program at the end of the is a win win.

Professionalism, Honor, Credibility and Organization are just few words for describing QSPS Home Solutions.Mesmerizing and Amazing to see Greg and his teem in action, extremely organized, arrived to the site on time and within one day like clockwork protected the entire house with Canvas Covers then peeled two layers of existing shingles, installed new plywood over the entire roof and covered with Ice/water shield, then re-mortaring and placing the metal water shielded to the Chimney, then with extreme care sealed around the roof bay window and installed rubber boots around the metal pipes vents and finally installed a beautiful architectural shingles.I have previously contracted out several roofs during my Property Management Career, however I have not seen a company as organized, precise and dedicated to their work, I do not want to say fantastic job because its real not a fantasy, I say what a Beautiful Job.I truly and strongly recommend QSPS, I am extremely happy and now I am negotiating again with QSPS to do two more roofs.Note: please if you want to do your roof with QSPS, please wait until they finish my other two roofs ( smile)Service: Roof inspection

I have not had the standard experience with QSPS housing solutions. Most of these reviews reflect a flawless roof replacement and ecstatic customers. I was in the vast minority and my roof replacement had a couple issues with quality initially.
