My roof leaked and the siding on my house was damaged. I was referred to Dave Faraone by a friend. He was instrumental in helping me with the insurance procedures and meeting with the adjusters. Dave Faraone truly made the process stress free for me during a time where I was overstressed at work and with family issues. When it came time for Cedar Valley Exteriors to put the new roof on both my house and detached porch, they came and did it in 1 day. The roof looks so nice and they cleaned up more than they even needed to in the yard around the house. They were clean and professional. I highly recommend calling Dave Faraone and going thru Cedar Valley Exteriors. They will be replacing the siding on my house soon as well. 09-16-21 My mom who is 92 years old had damaged from a wind storm. She called me to inform me of the damage. I live a distance from my mom so I checked for a company that could check the roof. A friend of mine told me to call David Faraone who would inspect the roof. After inspecting the roof he guided my mom with the insurance and with the insurance inspection . When the insurance gave what they felt was the amount needed to replace the roof Dave noted that they did not allow for new decking due to not meeting today’s code. Contacted the insurance and agreed the decking needed replacement. Thank you David for representing my mom to make sure she was treated fairly by the insurance company. I don’t know many representatives that would have done so much for a customer as David did. And I’m sure he will look out for your best interest also.
