Hired Marshall to replace the siding of our newly bought home. The old siding was installed incorrectly and allowed water inside every time it rained Marshall was quick, responsive, professional, and got the job done exactly how we wanted it, and then some! Ryan did our consultation, and was so helpful and supportive, listening to everything we wanted to do!Eri, our project manager, was so helpful every step of the way. Not one detail was left undiscussed and he kept us informed at every turn. His crew (specially Fabian’s crew) was exemplary!!! The guys worked so hard, they were professional, communicative, thorough and so skillful. We discovered rot underneath the old siding, and they were able to repair that. No problem at all. Marshall worked with us on financing our project, and I am extremely happy with the results and the process. They have a 15 year warranty so if there are any problems, it will be covered. I will definitely use Marshall again for any similar project and will recommend to family & friends. Thank you Eri, Fabian and all the employees at Marshall for your amazing work!!

i was looking for someone to replace old windows in my home and after meeting with four companies, I chose Marshall Building & Remodeling. They did not push me into going with their company, as were the other three companies I met with. After choosing Marshall's, i spoke with numerous employee's about the project, what to expect, when to expect the project to start, if any questions, they were always available. Everyone was wonderful and you can tell they knew their job well and wanted their customers to have a great experience with their company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing exterior work on their homes and would definitely use them again. Thank you all.

Marshall was great to work with! We worked with them for some leaking windows last summer and we were very happy with the results.When this winter's heavy wind and rain storms took down some siding and roofing shingles, I called Marshall and they responded very quickly to assess the damage and provide an estimate. They were able to begin repairs to the roof right away which was a huge relief for us. Then, they moved on to the siding replacement a couple days later. The job was completed very quickly. We did not have to wait at all! We are very pleased with our new siding, it looks great.I rest much easier when these powerful rain storms come through because I know the roof, windows, and siding are all sealed up properly.We have had very great experiences with everyone working for Marshall. I definitely recommend them for any kind of windows, roofing or siding!

ERI was the project manager ,was so accommodating to our needs (His vinyl crew was outstanding, they take pride in their work ,down to details as if they were doing their own home. The office staff answered my questions and made us feel confident in hiring them. The roof came out better than we could imagine and there was no sign that they were ever there with the clean up job! We had a fantastic experience with Marshall Building and Remodeling. We had old windows replaced and new vinyl siding installed. The job came out beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We've had many compliments on the house since it was completed, oh and that only took two days from start to finish. The crew was great, cleaning up after themselves both days, you couldn't even tell they had been there. The best in the business! We had obtained several quotes for a new roof and I am so happy we went with Marshall. They took the time to evaluate the full structure to ensure the quote included anything that could possibly arise. They spent hours, at our request, reviewing every detail and option with us, even recommending small jobs we could complete ourselves to improve the other aspects of our insulation.The team installed the roof in one day in January, even staying in the dark to ensure the yard was left in immaculate condition. We were impressed by the efficiency of the install, the attention to detail and the care they took in ensuring our yard was spotless of nails, staples or debris. They offer the same warranty as all the other competitors and they have a financing company that was a breeze to work with. I’ve used Marshalls for several projects now, and every time it is smooth and seamless and excellent work. From the estimating to the scheduling to the day of the job, top-notch service and craftsmanship. On this most recent job there was a concerned neighbor who was worried about debris as the building was close to their property. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up and both myself and the neighbor were more than satisfied. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years and I can honestly say Marshalls is by far the least stressful and best ran Contracting company I’ve used.

Marshall did a fantastic job on our project! Top down, everyone was helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. Our project comprised windows, siding and a new front door. Impressive scheduling kept the overall disruption of our lives to a minimum, which was especially important to us because my husband and I both work from home. Ari, Nixon and his crew made the outside of our home look like new. They answered questions we had and also accommodated a few last-minute changes. We’re glad we chose Marshall for our home project and our neighbors agree the house looks great!

I was looking to get my siding done and everything seemed promising until the work began and there were multiple thing that just disappointed me. For one the workers were not professional, they left their personal trash (soda cans, wrappers, etc.) on the grounds around they property, swearing to each other even after mentioning the to the guy running the job. They were inconsiderate when it came to the landscape, I felt like there was a lot of damage done to the bushes, trees, and flowers that could’ve been avoided they set up in the lawn instead of just using the large driveway. But what really got me was that when looking at my gutter after the project was wrapping up, I realized that there was black spray paint around the bottom of the gutter near the elbow piece, I had picked black gutters, but they used a white elbow piece and spray painted it black in place. I also felt like some parts just looked unfinished. There wasn't good communication between the person running the job and the actual workers. I had lights that I want to put up in a specific order which I had sent to the one running the job, and they were put up wrong and had to be fixed, there was a flag that was taken down that I didn’t wanna put back up but it was put up by the worker anyways. Wouldn’t recommend, I regret not going with someone else even if it was more money.UPDATE: The company did reach out to me to resolve some of the issues above. With that being said it was also brought to my attention by Marshall’s contracted electrician that when installing the siding the workers had drilled through my electrical panel causing sporadic power lose and arcing in the panel, lucky it didn’t catch fire. This is still under investigation by Marshall’s and I am waiting to hear back with a resolution.

Our experience with Marshall was great. Adam came by to check out the windows we needed to replace. He was very personable, friendly, knowledgable and not the "sales-y" type which we appreciated. Meg and Leah were very warm, welcoming and responsive to any questions I had. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were all very kind and helpful, great customer service. We had 10 replacement windows installed and were very pleased with how the installation went. The two gentlemen who installed the windows were very pleasant, neat, organized and efficient. We will definitely be using Marshall again for any windows we need to replace in the future.

I was told the team would show up at 7:00am. They showed up prior to 7:00am!!They took the time to hang protective barriers to protect landscaping. Their team truly worked in unison with each other.They had the roof stripped in an hour and shingled in about 5 hours. I was very impressed with everyone involved, from the initial meeting and estimate provided, the scheduling of work accommodating my availability, the quality of workmanship, and the work ethic of the people doing the window and door replacements.I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience right from the start to the completion of the job.
