We needed to replace the roof on our carriage house and our front wraparound porch. We could not be more pleased. They were punctual and very professional about the whole thing on top of it. Josh was excellent to work with from start to finish. We had issues with poor air circulation creating mold on the plywood in the attic and Josh took the time to try and figure out how to help fix that issue when replacing our roof. Only time will tell if it helps but he was the only contractor willing to try and whose explanations actually made sense. The workmanship was also excellent, the crew was nice and professional, and Josh even took the time to fix other issues that he found while completing the job. His attention to detail really makes a difference on the final product. We are extremely happy with the roof and are glad we hired Josh and his crew! Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Josh's Construction. The entire process, from the time that Josh came out to meet with us about replacing the front panel on our roof, to the time when the job was completed, went very smoothly. When you call Josh's Construction, you speak with a person, not an answering machine. Megan was very helpful in getting the proposal to us and keeping us informed about scheduling. Josh's proposal was very detailed and clearly outlined the work that was going to be done. The price was very reasonable and competitive. The communication throughout the process was wonderful. Josh's attention to detail also extends to his excellent workmanship. The new front panel on our roof looks amazing! Josh and his team finished the work in one day! I saw some of Josh's work in my area. I called him. He came on time. He did a thorough inspection of my roof. He even cleaned some gutters as he inspected. We discussed the job, what he proposed to do and when he could do it. The price was competitive. I did have several quotes, some higher, some lower, and some were no shows. I chose Josh's Construction. They had materials delivered a day prior to the scheduled work date. They showed up on time on the start date, and every day until the job was completed. Gardens and shrubbery next to the house were protected, job debris was removed, and the entire area was very well cleaned.
