I can’t say enough about the entire team at The Window Source. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Rich is very knowledgeable and upfront about everything when we were scoping out the job. Didn’t try to upsell or pressure anything that wasn’t needed which was big for me. The installation team was amazing! Courteous, friendly, and fast! The team was all respectful of space and was a pleasure to have in my home. The windows themselves look and perform great, and really change the look of my home for the better. The bow window swap was a lot of work, but the guys got it all done same day, it looks great, and there is already a noticeable difference in drafts and cold transfer compared to what was there before. The office team was also fantastic, friendly, and remained in communication on timelines. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, and I’m looking forward to having them back to do the remaining windows.

Joe and Freddy did a great job replacing the slider in our new house. The original was not installed properly. Took in total about 4 hours. Quality door with great locking mechanism. Appreciate Rich (the owner), straight forward and honest. Great experience with everyone!

These guys were awesome from start to finish! The owners son (sorry I can’t remember his name) came by to give me a quote. I can tell right from the beginning how committed he was to his customers. He was also very honest. The price was very affordable as well. The day of the replacement, the gentleman’s that came by were very courteous and picked up all the trash right after. We are extremely pleased with the service that Window Source RI provided us through the planning process and installation process. Our inquiry was responded to quickly and the Salesman was informative when he came to our home. We wanted to replace a sliding patio door and we are so thrilled that we did. The communication process once we confirmed we were moving forward was clear. Joe P and Freddy came to our home to install our door. It came out absolutely beautiful. They cleaned up the mess that came with installation and took away everything to be disposed of. This was an important investment in our home and it completely changed the look of our kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the work done by the Window Source RI at my fathers home! Scheduling for the estimate was quick, everyone in the office was helpful and a pleasure to work with! The price was fair and the team was professional. I was not there during the install however my father and step mother reported back to me that the crew really made them feel comfortable and did an amazing job! I have visited and the new windows are beautiful! Even the dog loves sitting in the window with a fresh clear view! I will use them again and definitely recommend their work.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the new windows that we're installed this week. The are better than expected. The whole process from meeting with Wayne in sales, Richard personally coming to do the measure was a pleasure. Aleea is super to deal with on the phone for scheduling. The job was done by Bobby and Tom. They were professional, well mannered and a pleasure to have on the job. They didn't rush the job they kept a steady pace and paid attention to detail all along the way. Nice guys to work with. This was a whole house job. 11 windows.

I was quite ready to have most of (not all because of cost) my windows replaced by Anderson, and certainly their windows are nice, but for due diligence got a couple of more quotes and I am certainly glad I did. I had all (all because they were affordable) my windows replaced by The Window Source of RI and I am very happy with the quality of the windows as they are excellent and all were installed for a much better price than what the big guys had quoted me. The installation process was also excellent as the crew did a nice, clean, efficient job and everyone answered all my questions as they came up before, during, and after the installation.

The sales Professional, Wayne, listened to what I wanted. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t ask for and pointed me to a product that met my needs. Quality 3 pane windows. Rich, (the owner) personal came to my house an measured all my windows. His son, Anthony, assisted with the installation and instruction on the windows and who to call if I had future issues. Joe and his team of installers installed all 34 windows. Ryan, Cappi, Freddy and Steven. These guys were nothing but professionals. Their attention to detail, knowledge and commitment to finishing the job right the first time is their motto. Kevin was part of the installation team and put all the finishing touches on the windows to make them perfect. Cleaned the window frames and chalked each window perfectly. Once complete, Rich personally inspected the job to ensure the product was delivered as promised. Very satisfied and great locally owned franchise. This review is for Joe P and Freddy who recently did a window installation for us. We were to have 3 windows installed but two were the wrong size (these were to have been custom widows, we waited over 6 weeks for them). This post, however, is to rate the installers (the wrong size windows were not their fault). Joe and Freddy were friendly and polite and went about their work quietly. They did an excellent job removing a built-into-the-wall air conditioner and removing it from our property. The window that was installed in it's place was installed perfectly, and Joe gave us a quick but thorough primer on how to open, close, tilt and remove the window. The bedroom that the window was installed in is now noticeably warmer. Although disappointed that the other 2 windows were not installed, we were very happy with the new window and it's installation. Five stars for Joe P and Freddy.

Very impressed with the professionalism from the very beginning to the actual installation. Great folks to deal with. The installation team, Joe P and Joe K were great. Very polite, took all precautions to make it a nice clean job. They did amazing work considering the window opening wasn't in great shape. Quality, price, service top notch. Anthony and Joe the two installers went the extra mile dealing with a framing issue which was the result of the home’s original contractor’s work. We lived 20 years with an badly fitted door that was a half inch off on one side leaking cold air. The installation of new door took time and skill and patience to solve the structural issue. Couldn't be happier!I was a little nervous when I was told my windows were going to be installed in January, and on the coldest day of the year, so far.But Window Source sent a team of 5 to get the job done quickly. Joe P., Cappy, Joe K., Nick, and Alex showed up on time and did an amazing job. They had a plan of attack, and each did their job efficiently and neatly, cleaning up after themselves as they went along. 11 windows installed in under 4 hours, and the windows look amazing. I'm very happy with my new windows. Just like the TV commercial states .After you meet with the salesman Wayne, and agree on type of windows and cost .Then the owner Richard comes by and measures , and tells you what's next.Alina the office manager called more than once to let me know about scheduling, they actually came a month earlier than they said originally.The day of install , 3 men arrived at 8 am, Met with the boss Bobby , went over everything, Gerardo and Freddy set up the cutting station in my driveway. They went to work , once I observed there work , I realized they were highly skilled in the window field, years of experience. Installing crew of Joe P, Cappy and Freddy showed up right at the scheduled time and Joe did a quick walk through with me. Cappy and Freddy started unpacking windows and cleaning up the package materials. Once they had all the windows laid out in the rooms they started taking out the old windows. They filled the spaces left from the old windows with insulation and then installed, calked and cleaned around the window. They were all very professional and did a great job cleaning up, actually amazed at how good the cleanup was. Joe walked me though how to utilize the windows properly and what to do should a window have any problems. Highly recommend Window Source of RI.

We used the Window Source of RI to replace our casement windows. They provided us with an estimate through a virtual appointment. We decided to go with Window Source of RI because of the family type atmosphere we experienced. Their prices are very competitive. We had both the sales rep Wayne and the owner, Richard, come out and measure before our windows were ordered. We were told our windows wouldn't be in until late July early August, and to our surprise they were in early. We had our installation on July 1st. The crew was on time and professional. The area was kept very clean. We would highly recommend them.

Terrible!!!If you’re not interested in reading my whole review, I would summarize my experience by stating the window install from Window Source RI was unprofessional and sloppy. If you would like to understand why, please continue reading…In the summer of 2020 I did a lot of research before selecting Window Source RI to replace by 6 basement hopper windows. Window Source RI had fantastic reviews and reasonable prices. They did not have the lowest price, but I assumed it was worth a bit more money to work with a reputable company with a long-established history and very positive online reviews. I am honestly shocked that the same company that installed my windows is associated with the near 5-star rating on Google. I wanted to share my experience so that others would be aware of the risk of a not so great experience.The install team came in after completing multiple other jobs earlier in the day and were in a rush to get my job done and finish their day. They rushed the job and it showed. They broke 2 of the 6 windows during my install. 1 had broken glass and 1 had a broken frame (both from being dropped). Broken glass was left everywhere. Adhesive was left on the walls, floors, yard, washer, dryer, foundation, etc. The dryer vent in the window was misaligned and unusable. The dryer vent tube was broken and damaged beyond repair. I had to purchase a new dryer vent and repair their sloppy installation of the dryer vent. I also spent hours scrubbing the adhesive left all over my house.I was told my 2 broken windows would be replaced within 1 week, but it ended up being about 8 weeks. The replacement windows went comparatively well. The windows were not damaged. A bit of a mess was left this time too, but not nearly as bad as the previous time. During the review of the install, I noted that 1 of the screens was missing (both most have actually been missing). They said they would add the screen on the way out. I went downstairs to check it out and realized the screen was still missing. The screen on the other replaced window must have been added, but the window I originally noted as missing had not. I ran upstairs to see if they were still outside in their truck. They had left but I saw them driving down the road a few houses down. I called them about the screen and they said they would turn right back around. After waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes, I began to lose hope. I called the installer team member back and went straight to voicemail; I assume my number must have been blocked. I was already quite frustrated by all the shortcomings of the install, but lying to me about returning to my house was the “cherry on top” in terms of being completely unprofessional. I have no idea why you would tell a customer that you’re heading back to address an issue and then drive away. I called the owner and a screen was delivered to my house the following day.As if the install issues weren’t bad enough, the quality of the windows is somewhat suspect. After a couple of months with the windows installed, I noticed dirt on the window sill. I expect the dirt ended up on the interior window sill as a result of dirt splashing up on the window during rain storms. I would expect that new windows would not allow dirt to come through. I’m not sure if this is inevitable with hopper windows or a function of poor manufacturing.All in all, quite the disappointment. I would not recommend Window Source RI to anyone looking for a quality window installation.Service: Window installation
