I have tried after the last two visits to get them to contact me back. They do not contact you before they come out to do work. My gutters were over flowing because (picture 1) they missed some of them the last visit. I went out 3 days before they came out and I cleaned most of the gutters myself (I hate heights). The blew leaves off my back patio (great) into my pool cover (not great) (picture 2). Now I need to sweep off my cover before they freeze. Why pay for a service that makes more work for me?

The service from Ned Stevens was exceptional. The team that came to do the soft wash of my house were polite, professional and efficient. I was kept informed of all that was being done and all of my questions were answered. The house looked absolutely great after the cleaning and I was saved the job of climbing ladders and getting on the roof of the house to clean the siding myself. I will definitely recommend Ned'sservice to others and will use them again when the house needs to be cleaned again.

I scheduled new gutter service after sending pictures and discussing our needs over the phone. We waited over a month for the installation team to arrive and they told us they can't do the job and left almost immediately. I have reached out on multiple occasions to see what happened with no response.

They are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for is true. I used them a year ago and waited all day for them to show up. They say you don't have to be there, but then how are they going to know where the water is and anything special that you want done. I decided to give them another try. They texted me at 8:00 in the morning stating they would be at my house within the hour. I called two hours later and asked where they were? The man said they would be there be 11:00. At 11:30, I called and said, where are they? Apparently, they had come out and due to ice on the roof, they couldn't do the job. It is 60 degrees out. There is no ice on the roof. No one came to the house. They lied. I canceled. They're plenty of other gutter cleaners. Use another.

Ned Stevens has always done a great job cleaning my gutters! They’re quick and efficient and they do a great job cleaning up after they’re finished. I signed up to have them come automatically every year so I don’t have to think about calling them. Very happy!

Would give zero stars. Never showed up. Booked a gutter cleaning on November 30, 2023 and was upsold on a dryer vent cleaning which i thought was great. Was told they'd get it done in 1 to 2 weeks and i called after 3 weeks as noone had showed. Came to find out they blamed it on not being able to do both at one time which caused delay so they rescheduled to Jan 3. guess what, noone showed. got text they were on the way quickly followed by "there's a problem" and they could not make it. they blamed it on not being able to find the address and never followed back up with me. I would not recommend them in the Niantic CT area.

Very quick and easy. Well worth the price- I have the yearly set up, where they come multiple times throughout the year. So worth it- not having to call and set up ongoing appointments. Definitely recommend Ned Stevens!

So here is my issue. Service has been fine as well as the price. However, if you make the MISTAKE of using this company, they will hound you virtually every other day with calls. They never seem to stop. Is it not enough that I call you when I want the service? Why do you insist on calling me wanting to schedule me 4-6 months down the road? Leave me alone. You don't listen or make notes in your system because I have tried to be polite. It doesn't work so I will slam you here because maybe someone from your management team will realize its not ok to do this.

Needed our gutters cleansed and we had an issue. Sam, one of the owners called me to ask about the problem. He apologized and rectified the situation. Everyone makes mistakes. It’s how you respond to them that tells me what kind of company I’m dealing with. He restored my confidence in a great company. I would recommend them in a minute.

When I called to get the estimate the secretary I believe her name was Christine? so nice And very informative! The price I was given Was very fair Compared to the other estimate I had gotten. The man had to come back at no extra charge, which I did see in the second invoice, which is correct. I haven’t been in my home for three months because I am in a rehabilitation facility being rehabbed. I didn’t have a chance to look at the house, but I trust everything is totally flushed out where the beehive was and all of my gutters I cleaned out because I did put my water on for the men to flush out and clean out all of my gutters front and back which they said they couldn’t do the first visit because my water was not turned on, if there is anything further, you need to tell me or any photos taken you would like to send me feel free to do so. I will be contacting you at the beginning of November to confirm or change the date of my next scheduled gutter cleaning.

They schedule in advance thru their website, and keep a credit card on file. That part works. When it comes, to a separate issue with the gutters, they will not work on the issue, during the regular maintenance, and prefer a separate appointment for that. A bit inflexible on that side.

Ned Stevens recently came out to do a soft/power wash of my home & gutter cleaning. My experience with their team was excellent! The crew that they sent to do the job was extremely professional, polite and answered all my questions! They took their time and did not rush through. The house now looks fantastic, and the siding is sparkling clean! I am very happy with this experience and will continue to use this company in the future!

So the actual gutter cleaning service it's self was good, did it, cleaned up afterwards ect...but getting there wasn't. They gave me the best price out of 3 places over the phone before looking at my home, a mistake I have learned from and won't do again. After a couple of visits where the workman couldn't do it. Had to talk to the manager. By the I can't remember 2nd or third conversation we finally got a true price, $100 more than quoted. Also they were going to charge me $75 to remove the filters I had already told them way back at the very first phone call that I had so they didn't charge me for that. Also I got another 5%off. All of this after I had prepaid for the whole year, 4 visits on the very 1st phone call.

The scheduling process was painful - was promised to preform the gutter cleaning within 7 days depending on the weather after 11 mostly clear days they finally called they were on the way. The crew that did the work did a great job once they arrived onsite

The operatives werevvery well presented and polite. The work that was done was average and will not be able to be assessed accurately until it rains. I believe that there will be an improvement however the gutter still sags in the centre which was the original issue. I was also expecting a check of the rest of trhe system not just a walkaround observation from the ground,. This could have secured some additional work as I know there are a couple of additional leaks that were not mentioned..

100% Sales, Called and asked to see if they can be re-pitched/ adjusted. Not sure whats going on. Zero problem solving. Zero questions asked. First thing the rep said was. "ok, We would need to replace them" No explanation nothing.Sounds like they are out to make money! Zero care in the world on whats going on, jumps to the highest dollar value service.
