I own a townhouse built in 1987 and my windows were original. I’m so happy I called ProEdge to replace them. The window installers were fast and put my eight windows in within one day. Not the quality we were told. They said we had a year to pay off. Just found out it is 6 months. They have not contacted us since the sale. Rep. lied to us. The guys [ two for 12 windows ] that put in the windows one was very good the other has been on the job 3 months. They [ proedge] did not give us any paperwork.

Wow the professionalism of the crew and the quality of the windows…and now a new storm door was installed. Our 145 year old farm house has had a face lift! We have sunk everything from new roof to bathrooms, plumbing , all new electrical, insulation, floors sub floors, foundation and driveway work into our home. But the best thing we did was the windows. We shopped around , could have used cheaper or maybe DIY but we are so pleased with ProEdge from the knowledge of sales people , measuring folks, installers that put up with loose dogs and won’t make a fuss. So kind . Such great people to have get the job done and so fast and , well, really done perfect. Installers that are polite, professional and clean up beautifully! The best is. That dog can’t find a cool spot to lay down now, In front of windows were always drafty and especially the front door so cold. New front storm door ! The dog is spending more time on the tile on the back porch. The nosey neighbor who always has a comment, commented about curb appeal, country life , we have no curbs but the change was noticed and liked, a big difference! So by the photos yes I’m a NASCAR Fan but we too like warm houses and the deer have eaten my hedges again but that only makes the windows look better! And now that we can actually open them !!! 23 years I’ve waited for the windows not to be puttied shut I can’t wait for spring!!! Thank you pro edge it was worth the wait ! And I’m so glad last April you guys showed up and showed us what you could do. Brass tacks. Our cooling cost down about 30% that’s with August to now and so far heating cost have been about 30% less , thank you with the cost of oil. Do you want to be bombarded with constant sales calls? Just call Pro Edge! Even after you tell them you're not interested in their very expensive product, they'll call you twice a day to try and change your mind. Finding another company to do the job at equal quality for a lower price was easy, getting that through Pro Edge salesman's heads was not. Not to mention, just to get a simple estimate for 3 windows took them two hours in person at my house. Time I will never get back.See all these 5 star reviews? They will give you a discount if you leave one! No wonder everyone loves them on Google!

I have been trying to get a warranty issue resolved since April of this year. It is now August. I have made numerous phone calls. I have spoken and left voicemail messages to numerous people. The response I got was that they make numerous Windows daily and when the window comes in they would let me know. They couldn't tell me how long this could take. All I need is one section of a double hung window. It could be made in a day. Very tired of calling and trying to get a warranty issue completed. I can't get over how amazing pro edge is. From the moment Jen came out and walked us through how good the windows are I was sold. Add in that the installers should really be called artisans because of how careful and dedicated they are to their craft and the experience was amazing. You can do windows by payment, or finance and do some at a time.And I promise you when they say it will save in your bill they are 100% telling you the truth. My install was mid March my April bill came in lower and I fell out of my chair when my coned bill this month was even lower. I went back to check and my bill is 75% of what it had been even against same month last year.And I haven't even done all the windows yet. Because that's what's great. You can do some at a time and instead of paying all at once you can finance or put a deposit down. I have a super old house (built in 1855) and my windows before looked crooked. Now I can't get over how great it all looks. And I can't wait for my next set to see how much further down this bill goes!I never expected buying new windows to be this much funService: Window installation

My daughter just bought a house and I was helping her with hiring contractors. Scheduled a meeting for quote. Appointment went ok with incentive to sign NOW. There was a 3 day cancel clause. Can't say anything about windows, but their people skills need a lot of work. The issue was when we tried to cancel. Signed the cancel contract and emailed to company with an explanation. But they wanted to send a manager for another signature. Because it was Easter holiday, I told them nobody would be available. Unfortunately, my daughter got food poisoning and had to stay home the next day. She was in the bathroom sick when the doorbell kept ringing and someone banging in the door. She texted me worried about a contractor appointment. Nobody was scheduled. So she peeked out and saw a person trying to look in the windows! Almost at the same time, I received a call from ProEdge to say they DID still send manager and saw a car in driveway, so they knew someone was home. I explained my daughter was sick and not dressed to answer. He was very rude. Kept asking if she could pull herself together to open the door!! I still can't believe that he actually said that. I will never support this company.

I had all my home windows replaced with triple pane vinyl windows from Pro Edge remodeling. Their employees Mark and Ray were the ones who did the installation. They replaced every window and window sills throughout my home. They were very courteous and professional throughout the installation process. I have 3 small dogs that they had to work around and they were cordial and playful with all our pets. The removal and installation took 2 1/2 days and we are very happy with the end result. The windows come with a lifetime warranty as long as I remain in my house and if I sell the warranty is transferable to the new owners for 25 years. We are very happy with the new windows and are looking forward to the energy savings they will produce. I would highly recommend this product and service to all my family and friends. Tara and David from ProEdge came to our house to talk about our windows (all twenty need to be replaced in our colonial) and discuss options with ProEdge. They took their time explaining windows and options to us, walked through the house to measure all windows and note issues, and overall were very personable, accommodating to our needs and questions, and made the process very easy. We look forward to working with ProEdge on our window replacements and I will update this review once our window installation is complete this Spring. Excellent windows from a local business, fully guaranteed and installed by courteous, professional, and meticulous workers. Original salesman recognized that we’d already received “the pitch” from a competitor, so he skipped ahead to details of the product and offered a competitive price for eight slider units (two of them massive). A bit of haggling later, we had a deal. Windows were delayed a bit as everything is these days, and then we scheduled the installation. Whole process took just over a day, with day two mostly fine finish work and cleanup. Nearly two years later, everything remains beautiful and sliders operate flawlessly. The on site supervisor was very considerate and even made sure his employees were not using foul language around my children. The work was fast and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. They did 18 windows in one day even though everyone of them had been initially installed incorrectly which made them difficult to remove.Service: Window installation

My experience has been all bad and it's continuing to get worse. I spent a lot of time with the salesman to explain we needed 2 window inserts and 2 complete window (casings and all) replacements. Sadly, I work from home and didn't pay enough attention when the windows were installed. I wound up getting 4 window inserts so I have 2 new windows that leak because the old casings leak. So bad salesman but some of it is my fault because I signed off without checking because I was busy. One of the windows was cracked. The installer said it would take a few days to a week to replace it. In fact, it was 2.5 months to replace it. When they did, it wasn't a new sash but the glass to replace the cracked piece of glass. The pane sent was too big. The installer said they would get back to me in a few days to correct the error. That was June 30. Today is July 25 and I've heard nothing. I don't even own this house anymore and I'm not sure how to fix this problem. This has been without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
