I’ve used Quality Exteriors in the past for my garage roof, so it was an easy decision to call them again when I needed my house roof replaced. They showed up when they said, they completed the job in one long day. That job included removing the old roof, putting down plywood to the entire roof, fix gutters, covered gutters, and the new roof. My awning was slightly off during a wind storm and they even fixed that!They did an outstanding job with all aspects of this project. When they were through, they cleaned up so well, you didn’t know they were even here.I’ve known Jim and Lori for over 20 years, and I trust them, not only because they are great friends, but their work speaks for itself.I highly recommend Quality Exteriors for your roofing and exteriors needs!PS: Lori bakes an amazing banana bread!Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation

My husband and I worked with Quality Exteriors to have our roof and gutters replaced — they were fantastic. As new home owners, searching for a company to do such an important project can be daunting, but Jim and Lori were wonderful. They were extremely responsive and professional. The entire roof was redone within a day, and the gutters were completed the next day. Their price was also fair, and they didn’t pressure us into other services or upselling. The only thing to look out for is Lori’s baking — she baked us an incredible coffee cake — highly addicting! Couldn’t ask for a more personable and respectful duo and the roof looks beautiful. In the beginning, Jim and Lori were easy to work with. My new roof was installed quickly. It's not clear to me that Quality Exteriors takes pride in doing the job right.I do NOT recommend this company as my new roof has a leak and I cannot reach Quality Exteriors Inc. for a resolution.Service: Roof installation

Fair price for work well done.Very prompt and responsive.Unlike other contractors I had come by, Jim will actually go on your roof during the estimate.I needed the entire roof replaced with new gutters and a few extra things.It was all done and cleaned up in one day.Lori is also very responsive via email, which is a huge plus.Very satisfied customer here.(The coffee cake was a nice bonus)

I was looking for quotes for our roof and called quality exterior for an estimate. Jim and Lori came over right on time and Jim was up on the second story roof checking it out. He gave us a great price and we even had the gutter protectors put on. Very happy with the result. Took one day to do it all and he was right there supervising the job and addressing any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them. Very nice people and easy to work with. Plus, Lori brought us some killer homemade banna bread!

I got a recommendation for Quality Exteriors. I called them. Jim and Lori showed up when they stated. They told me everything that needed to be done, how long it should take and gave me a quote. The quote was very reasonable! I decided to go with them. What a great company! So happy with the outcome! Very pleasant and courteous workers. Anytime there was even a slight question, they made sure it was addressed. I am so glad that i went with Quality Exteriors for my siding. Roofing will be next. I had a small job that I couldn't do myself because of a broken leg. I cannot recommend Quality Exteriors highly enough! (I'd give them 6 stars, if I could). These are people who care about their clients and the quality of their work! The quote was extremely reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. Jim and Lori are lovely. They listened, treated me with care and respect and really helped me to understand my insurance claim and the process. Sitting with this couple in my living room, having a cup of coffee, I felt like I was in such good hands...and that's because I was!! He answered the phone, showed up himself to bid the job and was very knowledgeable and professional and his price was competitive. The owner, Jim, got right back to me after I called, gave me an estimate for a roof repair the very same day, explained to me what went wrong with the roof and what he had to do to fix it. He completed the work the following day (beating out the next rain storm). His prices were fair, he has 40 years experience, does the job right and was a pleasure to deal with. I dont write many reviews but I would most definitely recommend him to others.

My main roof and porch roof needed to be replaced. I called 3 roofers, one never replied and another gave a quote sight unseen. Jim was the only person to walk me through the roof inspection. I was so happy with the price speed and quality of the job, I called him back to do the extension on the back of the house. Would recommend him to anyone.

Jim and the team are great. They redid our roof years ago and it's been solid and clean. They've come checked it out when we've had minor problems and often didn't charge us for it! We were extremely happy with the service, workmanship, and timeliness of the recent roofing job performed by Quality Exteriors. Jim Facer has a family business that is honest and competent. They just did a complete roof replacement for us in a day and a half, and pointed out several improvements in gutter work (which they did at no extra cost). We've used QE twice before for roofing and for siding. Each time, their work has been highest quality, their team has been skillful and careful, the prices are reasonable, and we have been completely satisfied with the results.
