We recently had the roofs on our home and garage replaced by RIHI. Being an old Victorian home, the gabled roof is steep with decorative touches including a turret. All work was completed to specifications according to expected timeline. RIHI has their own roofing crew including finishers and we can truly say the crew was amazing to watch. Each person worked as hard as the next and was meticulous in completing the details of their tasks that day. It was very apparent the crew also was trained to follow safety precautions and they worked as a team to ensure each other’s safety. They also made every effort to clean our property as well as our neighbor’s properties. Anything that needed to be repaired before laying new shingles was done without delay and correctly. We had nothing to worry about on this project which in this day and age is pretty remarkable. Truthfully, we have never seen a crew work so hard and for so long on a daily basis. We would wholeheartedly recommend RIHI; they know what they are doing with their crews and roofing!

Heather stopped by to review our tub to walk-in shower project. She took the time to understand our concerns and requirements, asked pertinent questions, and then reviewed our options with us. I had them do my roof years ago and they did a great job, especially cleaning up! Now it is time for windows replacements and I am very impressed with their quality. I put in 3 of my own windows and I just cannot compare with their quality, and of course the speed that they can do the work compared to a DIY guy like me. I have delivered windows for 2 companies as a truck driver also. RIHI has EXCELLENT quality windows! I have ancient windows in my home and worry about safety, primarily for my wife. My windows can break fingers! That is truly expensive.I am very pleased with the honesty of their presentation as well. They are particularly careful to ensure quality of their products. You will be happy to use their services. Great quality for a very good price.

I inquired about windows and wanted to get information. I'm a designer working with a client on remodeling his home. They refused to work with me and said they only work with the homeowner directly. My client is extremely busy and doesn't have time to deal with these types of decisions and trusts me to make them on his behalf. The representative told me to go to Home Depot or Lowes. Really?? It is a 3 million dollar home that we need 36 new windows for. I asked her if she's okay with loosing a sale and she said yes. I'm truly perplexed. Do better as a company. Very disappointed.

We had a very positive experience with Ed M. in the quoting process for getting vinyl siding for our house. Ed was transparent, patient, and not pushy. It’s still an expensive project, but we were grateful to know that the discounts were based on specific categories rather than our individual negotiating approach. We appreciated that he gave us a second to decide on the next steps privately, and gave equal attention to both me and my partner throughout the meeting. We’re hopeful the installation will leave us with just as positive of an experience.

Rhode Island Home Improvement did an amazing job siding my house. They were fast and paid close attention to detail on all aspects of the job. The product they used was top notch and I have been getting a lot of compliments on the color and design. The crew cleaned up everything when they were finished and the product manager Mike was in communication with us every step of the way to explain and solve any questions we had along the way. My home is also better insulated and feel less drafts and the inside of home is less affected by outdoor weather. Thank you RIHI for making our house a home.

Overall a great experience. Replaced a name brand door that was over 17 years old. You go in thinking the quote is going to be super high but in reality their prices are great and below the name brands. They kept me appraised of the progress of ordering the door and when it was expected in. Scheduling installation happened quickly once for had arrived to them. The installers showed up on the day scheduled and completed the job in hours. Very good work. Cleaned up afterwards. My kitchen needed a facelift!! Where to start! Enter RIHI! Working with John, Anthony, Ken, Angela and Michael (3 hours later) a decision was made! New countertops with backsplash!! Well, not to mention sink, faucet and disposal. The selection of the countertop could not have been easier (not even 10 minutes) that’s how knowledgeable the salesperson was at Luxus! Within two weeks time the template was done and demolition had begun. The demo individuals were very particular when removing the backsplash so as not to damage the wall. Within two hours the installers were there for the install. Another professional duo of installers. It’s been two weeks, and I am still smiling. The transformation is more than I could have imagined!! To say that RIHI exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Go for it! You won’t regret it!

RIHI was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of replacing the siding on my house! Lou, the sales rep, did an excellent job showcasing the product, and the woman in financing (apologies for forgetting her name) provided helpful information on various options. The project manager, Mike, along with the foreman and workers were phenomenal. It was impressive to witness the efficiency on day one as they swiftly stripped my house of old wooden shingles. Even amidst their busy work, one of the workers took a moment to help my mom, who was holding a couple of heavy bags. Over the course of 5 or 6 days, the project unfolded seamlessly with exceptional communication, adding to the overall positive experience with RIHI. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of siding replacement. A big thank you to everyone involved in transforming my house!
