After getting quotes from many different companies we had our last quote with Tim Oliver and he gave us the best feeling. Only company to come and actually go up on the roof to get a proper measurement of the roof and was very straight forward with answering all our questions. Scheduling was very easy even with having to reschedule because of rain. Crew came and did an amazing job cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend RTP roofing and Tim Oliver to everyone who needs to have a roof done!!

Had solar removed, new roof then solar reinstalled. Was a pretty smooth operation with good cooperation and communication. Roof was installed by Tim Oiliver manager. His crew worked from 7:30am to 7:40pm in freezing temps but didn’t quit until work was done. After a 1 1/2 hour clean up including cleaning out the gutters, I was satisfied that the job was well done. The roof looks great, and solar is back up and running without a hitch. It was only down for about 7 days total. I’m really happy and very impressed with RTP and Tim Oliver’s roofing crew-I recommend them completely.

The guys replacing our roof were extremely hard working and efficient! The work was excellent! We have a beautiful, new secure roof which I know will last for many years to come! Only issue was they worked late into the evening to finish the work, which was a bit disruptive to us and our neighbors. I would have preferred normal business hours, wrapping up by dinner time, and finishing the following day 🙂

Save yourself some time, I researched 5 different top roofing companies for a complete roof replacement and Tim from RTP Roofing was able to by far provide the best estimate (which didn't change) and offered the best quality materials and service specific plan. We had a leak in our roof and Tim was able to get someone out quick to tarp it and inspect it to see what needed to be done for repairs. After discussing it we decided to go with a whole new roof. Tim gave us a reasonable price and worked his schedule to get us in before a big storm. Because of the holidays we had timing issues to meet up and complete payment but Tim was extremely easy to work with and understood everything. RTP Roofing is a top notch not only from start to finish, but even after the job is done. Beginning with scheduling the material delivery and installation date, everyone I spoke to was professional, kind and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was great in explaining and answering any questions we had before the install. On installation day, everything continued to run smoothly with the job site foreman, Mike, who made sure of it. He arrived a few minutes early that morning to go through any concerns we had and assured us that they would treat the entire property like it was their own, which they did. The roofers were amazing, really, all 18 of them. I still cannot believe they tore off and replaced the roof, 2 skylights and cleaned up in a single day. It was something to see, even the neighbors couldn't believe it and were asking what company we used. Of course, the shingles and roof look great. After the job was complete, Mike walked with us to inspect the property again and reminded us if we ever have any questions or concerns, just call and they will be back to resolve them, but we had none. After a week or so, Tim followed up with me after to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, and it was beyond what we expected, so I am happy tell anyone our experience with a truly great company, especially since good help is harder and harder to find. I have never had a better experience with any company at our house, especially on a job this size. OBS construction is such a great company that provides very affordable roof replacement service but without any discount on its top quality service. Tim and his crew purchased the top quality shingles and other roof materials one day prior to the service date, and shipped to my yard. His crew then came in very early morning. I cannot be more satisfied with his crew. They worked very effciently while still attention to every detail. They took care my house like worked on their own. Finally they screened my parking, yards and every corners by magnetic to make sure not a single nail or debris left on my premise.
