I was very happy with the exterior paint job of my home as well as some carpentry work that was done. The Services Plus team was very professional and respectful throughout the project. We contacted Service Plus RI for exterior house paint. Everyone was great to work with. The office started the painting project, and all questions were answered timely. The painting project was started and completed as stated. Any issues during painting were quickly addressed. Once the painting was completed the only evidence painters were here is a beautiful painted house. They were all absolutely fantastic!They were able to come look at our project within 24 hours of reaching out to them, and also to provide an estimate very promptly. They were extremely responsive and helpful. And they were very friendly too!The power washing team and the painting crew worked very diligently. They were very thorough too. I found Service Plus through Angi. Their reviews were very good. The estimator was at my house within 24 hours, Their proposals were thorough and neither the highest nor the lowest priced. I selected them due to their reviews and responsiveness. The Operations Manager, Victoria, quickly assigned a crew to perform the work. My house was powerwashed within a week off signing the contract. They did a great job of that. The painting crew assigned and and prepared to come on site the following week which I had to delay due to my schedule. Davi was assigned as the crew supervisor. The paint crew was on site the next week. They did a fantastic job and the prep and painting. During the course of painting I found that I had 3 porch columns that needed to be replaced so I contacted Victoria. She had a Construction Manager at my house the next day. The columns were ordered and installed within a week and promptly painted. Overall, the house came out looking great and I could not be happier with the whole experience . I would highly recommend Services Plus. Two thumbs up and Thank You. Our house is 27 years old and required some exterior wood trim replacement. We had never done business with Services Plus before. We dealt with three individuals: Dan (estimator); Victoria (operations manager); and Junior (field construction supervisor).All three representatives were professional and polite. Special recognition for Junior's work ethic, courtesy, caring mannerism and commitment to satisfy the customer. Our experience suggests that employees like Junior are rare and are worth their weight in gold!This first business dealing with Services Plus has ended and we are very satisfied with their work!

They had an estimator that got fired and wrote my entire repair and paint work wrong. We planned to come back from vacation and the work should have been done and it was not even started. The work was very unprofessional and they hardly pressure wash any paint off the walls and they hardly scrape any paint as stated in their ads. Used the poorest quality materials for wood that was visible. Like partical boards and destroyed my gutters. They overcharged by 2k dollars and some doors where not replaced when they should have and the wrong estimate their x employee put together was a total mess and wrong from what i asked. This company is a fraud , do not give them any business or they will rip you off and mess up your project..Service: Exterior painting

Professionals from beginning to end. First off we are extremely picky with who works on our almost 200 yr old house so there was some initial anxiety but that was quickly relieved with the detailed and complete estimate and the personal responsiveness to many questions we had. This project was for all the detailed trim, several exterior antique doors, many french glass windows and 3 large porches plus a gazebo. Project manager, Petterson was more than knowledgeable and responsive. We cannot give enough praise to the crew under Douglas's direction everything was done perfectly, neatly and with great detail. Douglas was very responsive to any questions and the communication was great they even worked with us with navigating how we would keep our 3 dogs from interfering with the job. I never saw such a happy bunch of guys doing hard painstakingly detailed work, singing as they worked. The house has now been restored to her previous stature and beauty and the compliments keep coming. We are going to have Services Plus do our interior painting in the near future. My neighbor hired Services Plus and they did such an outstanding job with painting their house that I decided to give them a try. I wanted them to install new exterior shutters and to paint the two gable vents on each side of my house. When I called, Victoria the office assistant answered (who is very pleasant) and took down my details and arranged for an estimator to visit....The process was quick and easy and their pricing was very fair. A day or two afterwards, I was contacted by the project manager (Bruno) who made the arrangements to send a crew to my house. The work was completed quickly and done perfectly. I am a VERY satisfied customer. I urge you to give them a call if you have painting or repair work that you've been neglecting...You'll be glad that you did!Service: Exterior painting

We were very pleased with the results of the exterior carpentry, staining and painting of our home. The crew was top notch. They were professional, responsive, hard workers and happy doing their jobs as they were often heard quietly humming or singing throughout the day. Even our neighbors noticed how well they worked everyday and have repeatedly complimented us on the results. Communications from the office was also outstanding. I already have them in mind for additional work. We couldn't be more pleased as it was a wonderful experience.

I have a lot to rave about regarding this company and some things that were not so good. First the good. They were probably the most professional people I have ever worked with as a group. We had an Estimator come out and she gave us her estimate within a couple of days. We also had a guy come out who helped us choose colors. The next step was a small team of power washers. They did the whole house. The painting crew was next. They first did some minor carpentry repairs and then they moved onto the painting. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and they were both pleasant and professional. The foreman, Junior, was very pleasant as were the other members of the crew. They had a real “can do” attitude. They worked hard all day from about 7:30AM to 6-6:30PM and cleaned up after themselves.. On the last day we did a walk through and we paid them for their work. Sounds pretty good. There were a couple of issues that we had to deal with throughout the project though none were major. When the Estimator came out, I said to her that we needed to get our detached garage painted as part of the project. Especially the back. The back is a mess and unfortunately only our neighbors can see it. They had made some noise about the eyesore and I told them we were going to get it painted. The Estimator said, “I’ll go over there and talk to your neighbors about what we would be doing.” Great!! When I got the quote, I was a little unsure if the garage was included. I sent the Estimator three emails asking her if the garage was included. No response. So, I called the company’s office. I told them my story and they said they would get back to me. Within 15 minutes from calling their office, I get an email from the Estimator. She explained that she went over to the neighbor’s house twice and no one was home. She went on further to say that the garage was NOT included in the quote. She told me in her email that she had sent an email previously telling me that the garage was not included. “I sent you an email…” Right. I received no email. Note: If you had sent me an email it would be in your Sent folder, wouldn’t it? I told her I would send her pics of the garage. I had to wait until the next morning for her to send me a quote for the garage. Additional $450, but, they did not revise the amount of the entire quote so it ended up being a win-win for us. The other thing was when the crew painted the windows (most were old wooden windows with storms) they painted them shut. When they came back to do the “walk- through” they had to unseal the windows.
