I had 3 floods in my finished basement which includes a family room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and more between Dec. 19 and Jan 13 and that one phone call to Single Source was the best call I could have made. Every single staff who entered my home were professional and more impressive cared about what we were going through. Seeing my personal things floating around the basement was overwhelming but with people like Justin and Eric reassuring me they would take care of it all made my nerves calm down. Every step through the process was explained clearly and was done in a timely manner. They took care of it all and kept me calm. From water and dirt from outside to a dry and cleaned basement makes it all feel normal again. Again the staff that came through were exceptional. If I had only 4 words to describe my experience I would have to say World Class Customer Service. I would recommend everyone call them immediately!

I recently had a leak in my ceiling and contacted Single Source. The water mitigation work began immediately and was promptly completed. The Project Manager for the restoration portion, Kyle Garneau, was knowledgeable, polite, with excellent communication skills. He and his team completed the work within the timeframe given and were very thoughtful and careful in moving and protecting my personal property during the restoration and in returning my home back to its original state upon completion. The team at Single Source made a stressful situation as simple as possible. We needed demolition of a wall to replace a broken drainage pipe from our second floor, and then replace and repaint the wall to match. The team was upfront and explained the whole process. My experience with SingleSource was an 11/10 experience and would highly recommend. Last week the septic in my complex was clogged and backed up into my condo. The team was extremely responsive in getting here to clean and sanitize. The project manager Eric was incredibly helpful in waking me though what they were doing ensuring it was properly cleaned. Shortly there after they had their team back asap go get quotes together so would get get to the restoration process. Given the circumstances never hope I need them again but if I do I know exactly who to call.

Had a pipe burst and needed some insurance repair work done. They came in, dried everything out, and did the demo, plaster work, electrical, and painting. Ed diverted a crew to our home within an hour of my call, and was out taking moisture readings before the crew arrived. Sean Pomeranz did such a fantastic job organizing the construction of my sun room after years of hidden water damage took their toll. Shane, Justin & all the guys I met with on his crew throughout the process were friendly & knowledgeable. I'm really pleased with the final results. My new, beautiful sun room has been completely transformed! (Special thanks to Chris from Amity Electric for upgrading the wires and making my home safe from a fire hazard.) The painters did such an incredible job. I'm loving the gecko green paint and the new, pretty light fixture Sean installed as the piece de resistance. Posting on behalf of my husband Nick and I. We had Vermiculite (with trace amounts of asbestos) in our attic insulation which caused concerns as we are expecting our first child this year. We contacted multiple disaster companies to provide quotes, but Carl & Single Source were the most helpful and best price for the job. It took about 4 days of mitigation/removal of all the insulation and then a couple days to complete the required air quality testing. From the outset of my Water Heater failure Chris L and his team were on it. They responded promptly the next day to mitigate the damage and dry out the area. Once the carpet was removed the old pre-1965 tiles revealed damage that required asbestos abatement. If I could give zero stars I would. Called over 3 weeks ago to schedule for someone to come out. Received a call a week later saying they were reaching out to let me know they're busy and would call me in a few days to schedule an appointment to come out. My issue is I'm still yet to receive a call back. I called to follow up last week and was told I would get a phone call back that day and never did. Waste of my time waiting on them.
