Wonderful experience from start to finish. We used United Home Experts for our new roof and then returned to them to have new shingles installed a few months later because we were so pleased with our first experience. . Everyone from the initial representative who met with us to discuss our projects to the crew and project managers are a pleasure to work with. The entire team is respectful, hard working and pay great attention to detail. We are very happy with both of our projects and will be returning customers for future home improvements

What a great experience! Thank you United Home Experts! Everyone was very communicative. Financing available if necessary. Nick our salesmen was knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. Norm our Install Manager provided details in advance so we knew what to expect before and during the install. The installers were pleasant, professional and more importantly skilled at what they were here to do. My 1920 house needed new siding and new windows in one room. United Homes installed everlast siding and 10 new windows in about 7 days of work (not including rain and snow days). The installation was professional and the crew was meticulous in their attention to detail. Tyler managed the project well, kept it running smoothly, and was very responsive and cooperative when things needed to be remedied (a small stained glass window got broken and was repaired to as good as new and reinstalled within days). He also consulted with me proactively and advised when adaptation was required (my house had some non-standard sizing challenges). I’m loving the finished product and feeling secure that I made the right decision to go this route. Highly recommend.

My husband who passed away before finishing it himself would be thrilled at how they were able to invision what he wanted. John N. was professional and friendly. He kept me updated and communicated with me daily. He understood our ideas and made it happen. I recently had interior painting done in my home by United. From start to finish, the service they provided was superior. Scott and Ian were informative and personable and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure. I cannot say enough about the actual painters, Geraldo and Humberto. They arrived in the morning punctually and were professional at all times. It’s obvious that they’ve worked together for several years because their system worked beautifully. I was initially told that my project would take three days, and that’s exactly what it took. Geraldo patiently addressed my concerns, and both men were kind and patient with my overprotective barking dog. I was very appreciative of their trustworthiness and respect of my property. And above all, I absolutely love the work they did - I love my newly painted walls! I highly recommend United Home Experts and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again. Bravo for a job well done!

They were not the most inexpensive company, but they were very professional. The crew was on time and I can't say enough about how fast they worked and what a stellar job they did. They did such a good job on the clean-up, all I found for debris, were a few nails that may have fallen out of the dumpster (and it is equally possible they were there before the job started).Our house was built in 1775 and still had the original roof. Unfortunately, they had to do a lot of extra work before the roof could be done. The project manager came on site (so much for his day off) to discuss the issue with me, explain the options, and then picked up the additional material to finish the job.We had items on the roof they needed to remove and reinstall. They got things back where they needed to be. The last day, they worked late to finish the job on time. I am super impressed with the work done.Service: Roof repair

We had a tree overhanging our roof and causing algae growth to accelerate aging of our shingles. I spoke with their service manager at the time, Erik O, and he gave me great advice for how to clean it off and keep it from coming back.The team at United are very honest, reasonable and down to earth.
