Mark did an excellent job providing us with great detail on the windows and how everything works. He was exceptional on answering phone calls/texts any time of the day. Nobody could touch their prices. Bob and his crew did a very nice job with the windows. We had 18 windows put on and they were done within half a day. One of the casement windows had a slight Crack and Bob noticed it right away and ordered a new one, once it was in it was very easy foe them to schedule to come replace it.

This was a great experience. I got 4 estimates and not only did they give the best price but Mark provided an excellent, low pressure presentation, unlike several of the other companies. They took about 4 weeks to assemble my custom windows and the crew of 4, headed by Mynor, did a very professional installation in a very short period of time. Ruben the foreman even came by to make sure all the work was done properly. I recommend them highly for their professionalism and the quality of their products.

First, I rarely write reviews unless I’m very impressed or very disappointed with a product or service. Window World ranks a 10 - my highest rating- in my satisfaction with service, timing and product. Kristina Dwyer, and Lois, the point people for my window project, are professional and timely in their communications - taking the stress out of this otherwise stressful process. Coordinating the removal of antiquated, rotting windows and installing new, insulated ones during changing New England weather conditions in late winter/early Spring was made stress-free by the professional staff at Window World. Bob and his team of installers showed up on time and expeditiously removed old and installed gleaming , new windows. Their measurements for the new windows were so accurate, that I was able to reinstall the blinds from the old windows. Another cost savings! And finally, the price and window quality is excellent- unlike another quote I got that was FIVE times the cost of Window World. I’m glad I shopped around and found Window World. Highly recommended!

Purchased 3 exterior doors and a storm door. The doors are really nice and they look great. The installers did a professional job removing my old doors and installing the new ones. They made sure I knew about the lifetime warranty and was satisfied with everything before leaving.

Great experience! Kris was very knowledgeable about the windows, specifications, and what would work best in our home. James, Erik, and Kyle did a great job changing a bow 10 ft window that was rotting into a beautiful flat 10 ft window we can now open. We had 2 windows and a smooth slider door installed too. James and his crew were efficient, tidy and right down to business. James answered all my nosy questions. Just wanted to share my opinion after reading some of the reviews.Salesman Dan came out was straight forward and knowledgeable.We bought 11 windows and we were told job would take a day to a day and a half.Job was finished in two!!Don't really feel confident in the quality of installation as we've already had them back ( the subcontractor), once.Tried calling Dan but of course they don't want to have anything to do with you after they get their money!I saw that a few folks had the same experience.So basically they sell you the windows subcontract the installation and then your on your own!Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

Ultimate ezpz service. Mark came in, looked at the job, provided a quote. Next was docusign the quote, then measurements, then the waiting game since windows are made to order. Once the order came in, the team of 3 came in and had all 9 of my windows in within 3 hours. When I did a final walkthrough with them, I had them patch a few things since I'm picky like that. About 40 minutes later their supervisor came in and inspected their work and that was that.Great all around experience from sales to completion. No pressure, no problems.

We bought our house in 2017, knowing we would need new windows as all of the windows were single-pane and very drafty. (The house was built in the late 1920’s/early 1930's.) We needed 23 (TWENTY THREE) windows, a new slider door, and a new front door with sidelights. THIS WAS A HUGE JOB. We called three companies and ultimately settled on Window World of Rhode Island for a number of reasons.1. Mark T.He was the representative who came to our house for the estimate. Mark was professional, honest, and did not pressure us at all. He was very patient and answered every one of my many questions. I can't stress how awesome Mark was.2. PriceAgain, we received three in-home estimates. One company that likes to talk about “renewal” was about 150% higher than Window World. The other company, which claims to be the “source” of windows, was competitive, but the salesman was terrible and did not instill confidence (he gave us a quote without ever leaving our dining room table or taking any measurements). Ultimately, we were very comfortable with Window World's price and thought the price was very fair.3. Quality of InstallationOur installer was Mynor, and he and his team are rock stars. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and pride they took in their work. Mynor walked us through what he was going to do and even paused a few times for us to look at his progress.If anyone were to ask me if we would recommend Window World, the answer would be a resounding YES. Now that the windows are done, we will start saving for siding, I can assure you that Mark at Window World will be our very first call (and likely our last call).As someone who reads more reviews than writes them, I felt compelled to share my story. I was not compensated (unfortunately, LOL) for this review, and I recognize that people often leave bad reviews when something goes wrong but don’t take the time to write a good one when things go well. As with any job as large as ours, there were a couple of minor hiccups, but they were all addressed quickly and professionally. The bottom line, Window World of Rhode Island receives 5 stars from us, and I would trust them to do any projects at my house.

After selecting 3 companies for 13 replacement window estimates; there was no comparison after meeting with Window World’s Rep, Kristina Dwyer.Kris was very professional,Knowledgeable, no- nonsense, and above all non pushy. She never once tried to upsell any add ons.After educating us completely on the various options and specifically on what to look for in purchasing a quality window; she politely suggested we meet with her competitors and compare apples to apples in terms of quality and price.In the interim period , she was always available to answer all of our questions with a speedy response .We quickly learned, that in most cases, the difference between a five star review rating and a one or two rating , usually rested with the proper installation quality of the new window.Bob Cravin and his crew were very professional, extremely competent , polite, solved any and all minor glitches immediately, answered all of our questions on the spot and cleaned up after themselves perfectly.They were definitely on their games; they installed all 13 windows perfectly and in record time; about 2 hours.Bob left us his personal number in case we had and any further questions and / or experienced any difficulty once we began using our new windows.From beginning to end, it was a wonderful , no pressure , delightful experience.Thank you Window World!!!Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

Just want to mention how professional and courteous James and Kyle were. They came at the announced time and installed the windows in a timely fashion. James went over the operation of each window and mentioned warranty info after the installation. They cleaned up all parts and debris at completion.
