Amazing work from the Henderson team! From initial consultation to the finished project, it was a seamless experience for us. Dale and Caleb were always so insightful and helpful in answering our (many!) questions and emails, and the on-site team who replaced our windows and trim and installed the siding were so polite, efficient and energetic.We did a lot of research prior to this project vetting contractors, and what stood out to us about Henderson was their great communication and recommendations throughout the whole process. As a first-time homeowner, this was a big project for us, and we definitely chose the most trustworthy team! Our windows and siding look amazing, and we look forward to working with them again!

Henderson Construction installed a new roof on our house, we had some storm damage. I have to say that from the time Anthony came over to see the roof and patched it, we knew that this was the company for the job. Very professional, courteous, helpful and was willing to work with the insurance company. The job was done in 1 day and everything was left nice a clean. Henderson put a new roof on my garage to address the moisture issues I was having in the finished space above it. They told me that the water was coming in through the ridge vent and they would remove the vent to solve the problem. About a year later, I have the same moisture patterns in the ceiling and a puddle of water on the floor after a storm.When they came out to look at the damage, they tried to say that it was due to rodents (which is absurd, rodents don’t create a puddle of water on the floor after a storm). Nonetheless, I had an exterminator come out and look who found no evidence of active rodents (not a single trap they put out was touched), and who also confirmed that rodents would not create that type of damage.The actual issue is likely humidity which removing the ventilation exacerbated. They did not put in any type of alternative ventilation when they removed the ridge vent and when their own subcontractors they had come out and look at it saw this, they said that there has to be a vent up there. A reputable construction company should’ve known that and shouldn’t have sealed up an attic space leaving it with no ventilation. Management was supposed to call me, they were supposed to come out and look at it and nothing. They’re currently ignoring me and hoping that the 10,000$ I’ve had to pay to replace the ceiling and insulation after the mistake they made will go away.TLDR: This company replaced my roof to address a moisture issue but they ended up making it worse and now won’t contact me to address it.

Henderson Roofing-They were fast with - setting up an appointment, to the estimate, to permit, to scheduling the installment of roof, to actually doing the roof. It took them from 730am setting up to cleaning up every little piece done by 245pm. With I believe about 15 workers maybe more. My ring cameras from front and back of the house was going off so much, I had to turn off notifications lol. Back and forth back and forth OMG it was incredible. They all went around my house to make sure every piece was picked up just incase they missed anything. Then again the next day just incase (they had an inspector come) my ROOF LOOKS AMAZING. Neighbors were all texting/ calling me asking who they were and saying they never seen anything like that-it’s better than any house I’ve seen. I honestly can’t believe it . ANYWAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM 100000000000%.! Also, everyone from the office to the workers (roofers) VERY VERY NICE and helpful and on top OF EVERYTHING. Thank you guys so much.! (Dumpster was dropped off and picked up same day also a really good plus :) )

I contracted John Henderson roofing company to repair and install a new roof and he was very helpful and guided me seamlessly through the process. He helped me and assured me that I was going to get a new roof without any issues from picking the color to the installation and the date of when it would be done at my convenience which to say the least was just amazing. His foremen Jake Cuzzupe came to my home on the day we had agreed on early at went straight to work. The contractors were very diligent, professional, quick and very cleanly. They even replaced some rotted wood that had accrued due to the roof leak and some wind damage. Jake helped me understand what they had to do when I asked him how everything was going he was so professional. I am so pleased with the out come of my roof and would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or even a quote on a new roof. Thank you so much for your services and I will be letting everyone know about the amazing job done on my roof. Cannot say enough about John Henderson, and his company. So impressed with the crew and the new roof we recently had replaced. We scheduled an estimate with Eric, he was very friendly and very professional. We received the quote back within a day. The project manager Aidan and his crew did an excellent job. Started first thing in the morning, they were finished by Sunset. The crew was professional, efficient and friendly. The clean up was amazing!!! You would not even have known they had just replaced a roof. Highly recommend.

Having Henderson roofing care for my property was an amazing experience. The communication was on point. The crew showed up in a timely fashion set up to do the job protecting my property. They were professional. They were kind and respectful. I personally have run my own business for almost 40 years and was amazed at the work ethic of these men. They noticed that a gutter was damaged because of a tree falling on it and they offered to fix it which they did. At the end of the day when they cleaned up the property they left it cleaner then when they had started. The supervisor for the day, John, was very friendly, professional and answered the many questions that I had throughout the day. Top notch!

Henderson Roofing is a great Company. Josh did a thorough roof inspection, inside and out. He took pictures of water damage and completed a detailed price quote. Tara then submitted all info, and corresponded with my Insurance. Therefore, my Insurance paid for a full roof repacement, plus 23 replacement plywood boards. Jacob was a professional site manager. Roof was completed in 1 day and everything went smoothly. Roof looks great. I had some questions after the job was done and John was quick to respond with answers right away; rare customer service in this day and age. Henderson Roofing did a superb job tearing off our old shingles and installing new ones.We were a bit anxious as our house was painted 2 weeks previously. However, not a mark was made on the stain/paint during the reroofing.The team was very friendly, professional, experienced and extremely efficient!We have a good sized roof that was scheduled for a 2.5 days install, but they had the roof completely done in one day. The crew of 12 did work 13 hours with only a 30 minute lunch break!Our onsite project manager was outstanding and was present for supervision/management the entire time.
