Let me start by informing you that the team started to prepare the job to do the Spray Foam Insulation and recognize that I had mold in my attic. The team had stopped and showed me their concerns we were able to address it have the attic completely free of mold. Then the team return and accommodated my family and I schedule to complete the process. I have then referred them to serval of my family and friends.Tremendous work ethics and quality work and reasonably priced

From beginning to end I was pleased with the customer service of USA Insulation. They are very attentive without being pushy, thorough without being overwhelming, and most importantly they are honest and professional - all important things when trusting someone with your home. The scheduling of both the consult and project date was flexible with a reasonable timeline, and the contractors who arrived on installation day were perfectly professional and very efficient. We noticed an instant change in the draftiness of the space. Worth every penny!

So its kind of my fault that I had issues with USA Insulation for not catching the signs. These people rush everything during the sales pitch they supposedly had a cancelation and wanted to come the next day( with the promise of a discount if they can do it the next day but i got the same quote any way)when I made my decision they had a cancelation and scheduled me for the next day, they were here on time for me to sign the financing paper work but the crew was 2 hours late because they were waiting on a truck (supposedly at the point now that i dont believe anything they say), and they wanted to get the job done so bad in one day that they had 6 guys in our house till almost 7pm and still rushed the job so much that left they left mess in my house that they particularly came back and cleaned except for the stuff they got on my newly installed epoxy floor in the garage. Now that I have lost trust in this company, I been asking for a job completion package that shows pics of what they did and have not received it 2 weeks after the job, the sales guy promise to get it to me today and nope, they only rush the parts that benifits them, BEWARE! Will update survey with how I make out with them from here on. I put a very small simple of pictures.

After interviewing a few insulation companies, USA Insulation had the best product for our old home. Easy to set up, flexible installation date and clean work. Within 2 days noticed how much warmer the house was. One problem was installers broke a leg on our front porch furniture. Called USA and the asked to get a copy of model and price. They took care of issue immediately. Very happy with the install and customer service. Would recommend.

Had my home done yesterday. What a wonderful experience. Right from start salesman Ken who came out last week was Knowledgeable on all forms of insulation where we were lacking because of the age of our house, and we went through all the different options to bring it up. To me it was a no-brainer with the cost savings and the 0% financing was well Worth it. The crew came yesterday to start the job. They were on time and worked the whole time the system that they have down pat worked well. They did the whole outside in one day. They cleaned everything up, put the siding shutters and everything back on. You would never know that they were here. They came back today. in a snowstorm to finish they did the attic and my crawlspaces above my garageThey put up foam board. They sealed everything and they brought the value up to today’s standards. They clean the inside of the house before they left. You would’ve never known they were here, Ryan and his crew did a great job. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs to bring their home up to more energy efficient standards. With the cost of utilities rising every year this was well worth it even though it’s something you can’t see you should see the savings benefits for years to come I would hundred percent recommend them for Any insulation job that you need if I could give them more than Five. Stars I would wonderful experience.

This is the model of how a business is supposed to be run. USA Insulation is the best company I've had the pleasure to work with.No nonsense. Matt came out to meet about my project. No hard sell. Explained what would work best. Said USA Insulation would not be the least expensive but my research had already resulted in knowing it would be the best. Their product is proprietary and would provide the best insulation. You get what you pay for. To be honest I thought the price was quite reasonable. The installers arrived when scheduled and did exactly what was agreed upon plus a little more. The walk around after job completed was what one would expect from professionals. Absolutely no mess and advice on what to do next which was very easy. Follow up phone call from Britt the Administrative Assistant the next day to make sure I was happy with project and ready to answer any questions. Without reservation USA Insulation is a 5 star company. Would recommend without an iota of reservation.

The crew showed up exactly on time and went to work immediately. While the proof will be in my next gas bill, I am already aware that my home is much warmer (I no longer have to use an afghan to stay warm when watching TV or reading). Also, as my home is on a busy street, I've noticed a huge improvement in sound deadening. While it is not an inexpensive undertaking, I feel that this has been money well spent and has made my home far more comfortable.

USA Insulation personifies the adage, soup to nuts regarding professionalism, quality, and service. They were punctilious, courteous, and professional. They showed up promptly, addressed me and my tenants respectfully, and cleaned up after themselves. Something you don't see much of these days.The young lady, Britt, did a follow-up call a few days later and inquired how the process went. She must have thought that her installers paid me to give them a high mark. But honestly speaking, they were just that good. Do I recommend them? Absolutely!! Temp Very even! Boiler barley kicks on. Very quiet...eery in am! Very Very happy with my decision and your work. Significant change!My bedroom actually cooler because thermostat is in living room so it would have to get up to temp before kicking off...meanwhile my bedroom was already warmer and would then get too warm for my taste. Now because LR starts warmer heat on less keeping my room cooler...and more comfortable

I used USA Insulation for my sunroom and another room. I used to use my sunroom in the winter as a walk in fridge it was great for the holidays but it cost me a lot of money in heat. So after some research I found this company and I wanted to give it a shot. I am so glad that I did! The first night after they came I notice that my furnace was not turning on as much as used to, and I don't hear all the commotion down on the main road! I can't wait to do the rest of my house with USA Insulation!!

I contracted USA Insulation of NH to insulate my kitchen as it jutted out of the house and became colder in winter than the rest of the house.From start to finish they did an excellent job from the office staff to the crew that showed up to do the job.The estimator came to the house explained everything in detail, the office set the job up and kept me informed to the minute when they would arrive, the crew showed up on time and were very professional as was everyone else.The crew allayed any of my concerns, totally cleaned up and made sure we were happy before they left.We noticed a change right away in the kitchen, should have done it sooner!I recommend them highly! We had closed foam insulation installed in a 60+ old cottage. Installers were very nice and did a very nice job. They wrapped all our exposed beams, fixtures, furniture and floors before spaying and cleaned everything up when they were done. We are very pleased.

I purchased a house three years ago, prior owner converted a screen porch to living space, but never insulated it! It was freezing in winter, boiling in summer. Finally, I called USA insulation. They had to make an access panel in the ceiling and blew in fiberglass. The panel looks neat clean and professional. They also did foam injection in the walls. They were on time, courteous, clean, and clearly know what they are doing. Best of all, the results were immediate, the room is now truly part of my house.

USA installed injected foam insulation into our brick house. Our house had not been insulated, and previous proposals involved cutting numerous holes in our interior walls then spraying foam. I spoke to USA at a home show and they demonstrated how they could insulate bricks from the exterior by drilling small holes into the mortar joints, which were then sealed with mortar. They were prompt, effcient, and completely cleaned up after completion. We're completely satisfied.

He gave us a quote on complete insulation job, walls and attic, as well as attic alone. We decided on just doing the attic and Kenny provided us all the discounts available. This was an excellent experience in every way. It was an extremely thorough estimate, the work was done soon after, and the installation of the insulation for the entire house was done very professionally. I was very appreciative of all the communication from not only from the office, but also from the workers on site. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterward, (even including any small debris that landed on the lawn!). Richard & his crew were professional, polite, arrived on time & very communicative throughout the whole process. It took two days & they made the right decision in stopping at a good point on day one due to potential rain overnight to prevent any water infiltration during the install.They also provided feedback & informed me of issues that are since resolved. I have been considering installing new & upgraded insulation for years & after reading all the benefits including fire rating protection & noise reduction it just totally makes sense. Why let your heating & cooling go right out the walls? I highly recommend USA insulation. Kenny, The Salesman was also great. Not pushy at all & a great personality. I had blown in insulation installed. They broke several pieces of my vinyl siding while installing the insulation. It’s been 2 months I still don’t have the new vinyl. They said my vinyl is discontinued and offered me $300. If it’s discontinued what is $300 going to do. Brianna is the mngr my wife spoke to and will not escalate the concerns. We now have a call in to an attorney.
