Quality: After much research, Roofing Unlimited was the only certified installer of Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles.Value: While other roofers could get the shingle we wanted, their prices were several thousand more.Professional: The crew that installed the roof was careful to cover our shrubbery when removing the old roof. They did a thorough cleaning of our lawn with a magnet to make sure all nails were removed.Responsive: Tim Brown hand delivered an estimate on the price the morning after I asked about coming to do an estimate on Messenger. Texts were answered within minutes.On time: The crew arrived and worked within the time frame established by our community.Other: Honest!
