I added the pictures of the vents.So I'm selling my house. The buyers inspection required roof vents for the bathroom fans. I needed them in a hurry. These guys came through. They came and looked, sent an estimate and completed the work before my need by date. Although they did not do the ductwork, they did suggest how I do it. Their suggestion worked great.

Terrible service, replaced entire roof and didnt show up for days, then work a day, took 3 weeks longer than promised, the metal roof looks awful, metal cuts not straight, diff color screws used, very visible, roof leaked twice since, causing damage inside the house, they admitted to it, blamed it on their hired subcontractor, has not tried to fix any of it, its been many months with no contact.

C&B Roofing met my expectations and in many cases exceeded them. First was meeting with Charles who went through the roofing process step by step and explained the workmanship guarantee. I was very surprised at my estimate because I was expecting to be much higher, I went from the 3 tab shingles to the architectural shingles. The quality and look of their shingles are very good. These guys are great. I called for a leak that was related to a vent pipe. They came out, examined the roof, explained it to me and sent an email quote. They got us scheduled and their team came out. I looked at the work order and it had the directions for the repair in English and Spanish with pictures in a step-by-step set of instructions. They are definitely coming out when we need a new roof.

C&B Roofing LLC of Aiken SC put a new roof on my house, and I was extremely pleased with the job. The price was competitive with established companies in Augusta, but unlike these companies C&B provided a detailed, three-page breakdown and description of materials and labor costs—so I knew exactly what I was getting. Furthermore, in preparing the estimate the owner answered all of my questions as we walked around the house and discussed problem areas and other issues. C&B’s office staff were always courteous and professional and were prompt in responding to follow-up questions and sending out statements/receipts. The crew completed the job in two and a half days; they took their time doing the step-flashing, which I really appreciated. The foreman also pointed out an unanticipated problem area and told me how he was going to fix it. The crew took all the necessary precautions to protect plants and shrubs around the house, and did a thorough clean up job. When the job was complete, the owner returned to the site for both of us to walk around and examine the house. Outstanding work quality. Called initially about a hole in my roof due to storm damage. The owner Charlies came out and made the the repairs himself. A few weeks later we decided to go with a new roof. The whole project was handled quickly and professionally. No trash or other debris including nails were left onsite. I had an odd situation with my roof which caused rot and Mr Beason’ screw did a great job repairing the damage and fixing the problem so it won’t reoccur. this is an honest, trustworthy, reliable and dependable company.
