As a customer of Enloe Residential of Aiken, SC (under Southern Siding), I definitely recommend them for your vinyl siding and gutter system installation. As of August 27, 2019, Enloe Siding COMPLETED the renovation of a disastrous vinyl job replacement started and not completed (STOP WORK) by another contractor, Hixon Roofing, Aiken, SC. The Enloe Siding Installers showed up on the job on time with a City of Aiken Building Inspection Permit. Two (2) Enloe Vinyl Siding installers completed the renovation of the vinyl siding job on my brick ranch style house in four and half (4.5) working days. Enloe upgraded my medium grade vinyl siding to the premium quality as a little token of my patience and endurance of a bad job I suffered from Hixon’s Roofing, Aiken, SC and they upgraded me at no extra cost. What a BLESSING!! Enloe corrected double sheets of siding that the Hixon Vinyl installers left in some places such as the facing of the windows and under the soffit of the house. Enloe had to install vapor barrier on the latest additional room as Hixon Roofing did not install one sheet as city building codes require. In addition, Enloe repaired a rotten wood panel that Hixon Roofing installers had covered up. Enlow installers worked with my surveillance camera installer on drilling holes and pulling some of the cable through the cable openings. And Enloe has a lifetime warranty on their vinyl siding and gutter system products and a 10-year warranty on labor. They have their own in-house installers so you will get someone from their company for repairs and upgrades (and the same installers), not a bunch of different outsourcing companies with the potential to return to your home to steal and the work looks different each time.

Enloe installed gutters with leaf guards around the whole house. The sales rep showed us all of the options with the costs, we selected one and it was installed within 2 weeks. The installers were right on time and stayed late until the job was done. I thought the cost was a little high, but I feel like we got what we paid for - high quality gutters and installation. Since then we’ve had some heavy rains and there have been no issues. Very pleased!

Salesman was extremely aggressive and pushy. We had to purchase “on the spot.”We weren’t allowed to think about it or discuss it with one another, not even for a day or he would not honor the quote. Additionally, the salesman said to us that he wanted to deal only with “the man of the house, not the spouse because she wasn’t qualified to make the big decisions.” Very unprofessional and extremely condescending. This should’ve tipped us off to not use this company. Unfortunately we did purchase and we are very disappointed. The gutters clogged within the first few years and the company does not stand behind their “lifetime anti-clog warranty.” Company refuses to rectify.

We scheduled an appointment with Enloe to come talk with my wife and I about a new roof and windows. The salesman arrived early and was very knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. We had neglected our project for sometime and were getting estimates to move forward. Enloe was not the cheapest price we received but I believe you get what you pay for. Long story short, this roof is beautiful and I had no idea these windows would keep so much heat out! Very satisfied

Pros: Professional crew & work. No problems. Cleaned up mess quickly & thoroughly. I have a very odd shaped roof. They did a good job. Looks nice.Cons: it took a long time between order & installation time (which was not an issue for me, personally, but it was about 2 months? Just FYI). And the salesperson said they weren’t the most expensive out there or the cheapest. I’m not an expert on roof prices but I do feel like they are on the high end of the spectrum. And of course there was the pressure of the salesman who came out to do the estimate saying if I didn’t sign up today I’d loose out on getting the promotional offer of “however-much%” off labor if I didn’t sign up on the spot.

I just had to write a review of how much I love my windows and gutters!! The whole experience was awesome from the professional salesman, Russell, to the end result. He was prompt, courteous and Educated me on the products, price and warranties.Aesthetically, everything looks incredible and the installers were great! I highly recommend Russell and the guys that installed my new windows and gutters!!

We decided to hire Enloe Residential to replace all 14 of our windows recently. We had other estimates but were happy with what they offered for the cost. This was our first experience with window replacement. They came when planned and really got to work! They did a great job, all finished by afternoon. We have been very happy with our windows and feel that if we did have any problem , which we haven't, it would be taken care of. We would use them again!

Originally bought our windows about 1.5 years ago. If I remember correctly, they did a poor job with communication and my husband had to call them several times to set up a time for install. Recently, January-ish time frame, I called because I noticed one of the windows wasn't sitting correctly and I wanted someone to come and take a peak at it so that it could be fixed. It took several weeks before I got that scheduled and when they came out we were told they were all installed incorrectly and they all needed to be replaced. I called at least weekly to get updates and could never get a call back. I spoke to someone at one point and they mentioned the windows just being fixed as to replaced, which I really don't care I just want it fixed, but they said someone else needed to come out to look at them again to see what needed to be done. Over a month later, someone finally came out and said they could be repaired and didn't need to be replaced and he would get back to us regarding a time. Well it's been another week and I haven't heard anything so I guess it's time for me to call weekly again to try to get them to get this stuff figured out.Very poor communication. Would not recommend.

I have put off getting a roof for years!!! I just could not deal with all the hassle. I had a dear friend tell me about a darling salesman she had and I finally called. I am so glad I did. What a joy Russell and his company has been to me. The best part is it was so easy. There was absolutely zero hassles! Everything was easy, done quickly and it’s just perfect. I’m so happy with my roof and that Russell... He really made this old lady feel taken care of.... I would highly recommend both he and Enloe. My only regret is I did not call them sooner.

I had gutters and a shower installed and I am very happy with the results. The people who did the work was very kind and knowledgeable and did not mind all of my questions. Jerry Glover my salesman was very nice and he checked back with me to ensure I was satisfied with the jobs done. I would definitely use them again for any future jobs.

Extremely pleased with the sales and installation staff at Enloe! From our first meeting with Russell Beckum and Burke Johnson to the actual construction with Dylan and his crew, everything was professional and well done. I would definitely use them again and actually have Enloe coming out again in a couple of weeks to install new gutters. Kudos to Enloe and their people!

The Enloe shower we had installed to replace an old tub is wonderful. Easy to clean and fits the area perfectly. Southern Siding who installed it did the work in one day, cleaned up continually, and were careful to damage nothing in the small area they were working in. Highly, highly recommend!

WOW! That was easy!!We had wanted to update our windows/siding for quite some time. Enloe made it easy for us. The quality job was completed in timely fashion. Many extras were thrown in at no cost to improve the overall appearance of our home. The installation personnel were very helpful, even to the point of helping restore window treatments.

We were very pleased with Enloe Residential!!! We added nine new windows, leaf-free gutters around the house, and attractive new railings for our front porch. We saw our energy bills go down as a result of the new windows and could not be more pleased. The gutters and the railings were a huge plus for our home's exterior. I am very happy with the work Enloe provided at my home! I have new efficient windows, which I can already feel the improved insulation in my home. I had a beautiful sunroom added to my home. That alone has increased the value of my home. I also have gutters, now so when it rains I don't have to worry about erosion around my foundation. I highly recommend Enloe for your home improvement projects!

Awful service - the sales guy that came to my home was great. Their crew? Not so much. Had my windows installed September 2017 - during hurricane Irma. The workers took DAYS to finally come to my house and do my windows. And when they did, they ripped out all the seals/wood around my window and left my insulation and materials between my siding and the walls EXPOSED during the hurricane!! Don't even waste your breath calling in to complain about their crappy work ethic because nobody will do anything or return your calls. Not to mention, I have a large portrait window in my kitchen that was leaking. How did they fix it? They put a clear sealant on the glass, which has dripped onto parts of my window. My husband told the guy that came out, that it was unacceptable and to reorder a new window. Took 4 weeks to come in. They called me, REPEATEDLY back to back until I answered my phone while I was at work to tell me it was in and that they could come the following week to install it. Except when the guy came, he didn't even bother to bring my window. Drove all the way to my home for absolutely no reason. Wasting my time, and my sister's time who had been at my house waiting an hour for him to show up. I called to complain about the situation, among ALL the other issues I have had with their company's service, and its been a week since I have heard from anyone. Their windows may be great, but their staff is awful and don't give their customers the time of day once you sign that paper to purchase their services.

Enloe installed a screened room on a portion of our deck for us earlier this year. The overall process was professional and the job was completed within the time frame discussed. The installation crew did an excellent job and were professional and courteous throughout. If you are considering adding a screened room/porch at your home you should contact them for a proposal.

Salesman Brian Copeland was amazing 5/5 stars for sure. The crew that put our windows in was phenomenal! Quick and efficient and they look great. The crew that did our siding did a great job, it is beautiful and exactly what we wanted; however the crew left 100+ nails that we found in the yard, took 3 days longer than they estimated for us, and left a bunch of cigarette butts and forgot to put in 1 piece of siding that they had to come out and do (which they did quickly). We would use Enloe again for other home needs!

He was patient with me and demonstrated an actual window and how easy to clean etc. That's what sold me on going with Enloe.

Enloe did a absolutely amazing job putting a new roof on my house!!!..I would recommend them to anyone.The saleman Russell was very polite and knowledgeable!! Bad bad customer no-service from Enloe Residential siding. After they vetted me twice to be sure I was “the decision maker,” they didn’t show up at 10am. I called and was told a rep would call me. 20 min later I called back - phone svc hung up - call back ask for manager - 8 min on hold and hung up - call back phone svc hangs me up - call back and scheduler Walter hears me out but has no answers. I tell him to pass my issue to managers Larry or Cody and see if either of them have the guts to call me back - and go ahead and cancel my appointment. I won’t be doing business with them.

Thus far, they have failed to meet expectations. It was originally indicated that they would be out within 3 weeks to install. Then it became 3 to 4 weeks and someone would call us ahead of time. Now the install is projected to be completed near the 5 week mark. We hear a lot of silence. Calls go unreturned with office. If they say they will call you back you can always say, 'I've heard that one before.' Sales man has been helpful and is best source of contact. We will see if they show. Hopefully the product if it is ever installed will be better than the customer service.
