5 starts was not because of any work done (yet). These 5 stars are for the excellent professionalism and education Mr. Clarence and Chris provided when they came to execute a free estimate. They gave me great recommendations and advised when the best time to have them come back to do the insulation work I will need done when I’ve completed an upstairs renovation.Mr. Clarence has a wealth of knowledge and offered his expertise on what my options are and what I should do when I am ready for them to come back and complete my insulation job-And I will definitely be calling them back❗️

I contacted Koala by phone and Chris came out the next day to give me an estimate. I needed the insulation under my house replaced because an animal had torn out parts of it. The estimate was reasonable and we scheduled the installation for the next Wednesday. The installers let me know when they were on the way. When they arrived the introduced themselves and told me they would be done by lunchtime. The finished the job on time and cleaned up before they left. I am very pleased with the job and service I received and I would not hesitate to call them again.

The Koala crew set-up quickly. they covered the floor and put protectors around door trim to avoid issues when bringing hose to attic access. They did everything noted in the contract and even picked-up the bits of insulation that found its way onto the driveway. I would use them again. Bruce D.

The process was really easy; they got it done quickly and with zero hassle. We had an entire shed insulated, including the roof. I have no complaints at all! Even better they left as clean/cleaner than it was when they got there. Recommend.

I live in a two story house built in the late sixties, the energy bill was very high. One of the best decisions we’ve made, energy bill decreased. There was a loud annoying noise every time the unit in the attic came on and was running, after the insulation was installed the sound is muffled. The workers were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. Job well done!!
