My house flooded while I was out of town due to a broken pipe, and Servpro was easy to contact and set everything up. They were very easy to deal with, as I was still traveling back and forth out of town. They made it a great experience for me, and I trusted them wholeheartedly in my home while I was away due to their great professionalism and communication skills. Even though I wasn’t present some of the time, They made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Roy, Guan, Joey, Amber, Will, and Josh did an amazing job. I would definitely use Servpro again if needed.

My house flooded during the great freeze of Winter '22, and Servpro was one of the first places I contacted, and I don't know what I would have done if I had gone with someone else. Despite my insurance company's constant attempts to low-ball me and not pay enough to do what we needed to mitigate, replace floors, replace cabinets, etc., Jerry L. went above and beyond to make sure that my insurance company wasn't taking advantage of me. His years of experience as an insurance adjuster were invaluable in beating my adjusters at their own game so that they had no basis to deny me what I was owed. Honestly Jerry probably helped me way too much. This man answered my messages on in the evenings, weekends, and so much more. He deserves a raise since I certainly wasn't his only client and yet somehow he managed to make me feel like I had someone on my team while I was out of my house for seven months. If it wasn't for Jerry, I honestly would likely not be in my house until December 2023, based on how far my insurance company wanted to push everything as far as they possibly could. But we finally got everything we were owed, and I couldn't have done it without the folks at Servpro Aiken. You won't regret going with them if you have an issue like mine.

This is the second time we’ve used Servpro of Aiken in the past 5-6 years for the same issue! Michelle and her mitigation team were awesome, professional and quick to respond. They were in our home within an hour of receiving our case from the insurance company on a Sunday! They answered every question we had to the best of their ability and helped us in more ways than they know. Then the repair part with Jerry started. He was great, understanding and super easy to talk to. While we ran into a few bumps a long the way, everything was handled rather quickly. And then there was Chris, this man was a one man show with our flooring, he was quick, proficient, quiet, a joy to talk to and did a great job! This is the only people you should call if you have water damage anywhere. If your insurance company doesn’t send them I suggest you find a new insurance company. We had a small problem that they kept small they came the next day and made sure there would be no residual problems after they dried everything out. I highly recommend this company.

The SERVPRO Crew performed sheetrock, trim & insulation removal in exterior and interior walls, removal of 3 rooms of damaged oak flooring, and mold inspection and mitigation in walls, ceilings, sub floor, and HVAC ductwork. The Crew performed their work over a 7 day period, in a very professional and tidy manner, and explained all aspects of the job in terms that a layman could understand. They were very respectful of our remaining living space as we occupied the home while their work was being performed. Waiting for phase 2 - restoration/repair crew to replace insulation, sheetrock, trim, paint, floors. We had a bad encounter with a Servpro employee at Prime Storage in Aiken yesterday. Our moving company had backed the moving van at an angle to an end door for access. They were about halfway complete unloading the 28 ft. Van when a Servpro employee driving a UHaul van rounded the corner and started shouting “you gotta straighten that up”! We thought he needed to get by to access another door. I offered to go open the other gate to grant him access, but he continued arrogantly shouting “straighten it up”, displaying a thug-like attitude. Our movers then started moving their truck to let him by. He then moved up and parked in their spot to unload! Our driver questioned him about it and he replied “they’s room for two trucks here, I axed you what side you want”. I said “we want back where we were”. He then moved and parked parallel to our truck. What a bully!!!!! If he represents Servpro, I would never do business with them!! His name is Tim.

Our sink had fallen thru and created a couple small patches of aspergillus. Explaining to servpro and even sending them the inspection report, they assured me it would hardly cost anything. The tech, curtis also saw it, showed me pictures and also assured me it would hardly cost anything. I paid the $150 for the estimate, & was told it would apply to my bill after they remove the 3 small patches. After repeatedly calling for 6 days, curtis tells me $1000. I nearly died. Apparently that's not a lot to them, just us common folk. I called for a,second opinion to another company who came out for FREE & removed it all & went above & beyond for $325. Thank you Paul Davis Restoration . SERVPRO will NEVER get my business.
