Discovered roof leak over the weekend. Went to South Point's Web page and completed form to schedule appointment. I was really surprised to receive a phone call within hours from Danielle, on a Saturday. We discussed my issue and Tucker came out on Wednesday. He discovered and fixed a safety hazard in our attic that we were unaware and made repairs. Nick came out a week later to replace boot on the roof. I highly recommend South Point Roofing & Gutters!! Truly professional and great communication!!

I found a defect in my roof and knew I couldn't fix it. I called South Point and Nick came out to see what was wrong and what solutions were available. His evaluation determined the roof needed to be replaced. I agreed but needed to know what his plan was for our porch. The porch is unique because it has a tree running thru it. We discussed the plans and agreed on the project. A few weeks later the team arrived and in less than 36 hours total the roof was replaced and everything was cleaned up. Nick took the time to really evaluate our roof and used a drone to take pictures of everything he found to be a problem. The workers were prompt and on time. We had good communication with Nick throughout the roof replacement. Job was done timely and they cleaned up all debris. We would use them again.

In 2016 my husband and I had our "roof" installed and ever since that point, NOTHING BUT LEAKS! The best part of all? NO RIGECAP WAS INSTALLED! They would come out hear, hop on the roof, tap a nail in here and there and then hit the road. I can't give an accurate amount of times someone was sent back out to our house due to the same issue but it was several! Once the two year warranty was up, it was even more of a joke to get a reply after leaving message upon message! I would NEVER recommend this company! I hope these people sleep soundly every night knowing that not only are they ripping people off, they obviously have people write fake reviews to help their ridiculous "reputation". Allow me to prove my point! Pictures sure do help prove points! Please note, no, we do not have a foundation issue. I called for what I thought was a simple roof like. The inspection revealed missing shingles older shingle on my addition to my home and chimney damage from poor design. Tucker gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable and fair and from start to Finish maintained contact. From estimate to finish was less than a week.
