We contacted CDC to discuss building an addition on the front of our home. After meeting with Chad, seeing his enthusiasm and looking at the quality of his work, we immediately decided that we wanted CDC to build our addition. We had our own ideas for the basic design and worked with Chad to fine tune and improve the details. Now, as we are near completion of the addition, to say we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome would be an understatement. We bought the house a little over a year ago knowing that it was an ugly duckling and with the help of CDC it has transformed completely.We had a little weather delay right at the beginning when preparing the foundation, which is to be expected when you start construction in December, but once the foundation was in, the rest of the construction has gone much faster than we could have imagined. Chad’s subcontractors have been tremendous. We have been very impressed with the speed and the quality of their work. It is so hard to find contractors today that you can have confidence in and all Chad’s subs (framing, electrical, HVAC and siding) have been top notch. We continued to live / work in the house as the addition and interior structural work was in process and the subs were all very careful to minimize the impact on us. Even through the electrical panel being moved and complete new electrical service run, we had barely any disruption to our power. Chad has been on the job every step of the way making sure that things are done exactly as they should be and stays in touch with us constantly. We are only giving a 5 star rating because it is not possible to give 6!We have already recommended CDC to some of our friends and already plan to use CDC in the future for other construction projects that we have planned on this house. There are plenty of contractors out there and likely some of them do good work, but for us not only did we get high quality work, but this has actually been a great experience. Chad obviously takes pride in his work and clearly everything that he does is with the same level of care as if he were doing it for himself. If you don’t use CDC for your project, you are missing out. Thanks for all the great work Chad.

I contacted Chad Cromer and his crew because I had a serious drainage issue in front of my shed near the entrance of my carport. In addition my entire driveway was in complete despair and needed replacing. A project like this on a persons home naturally can cause stress on the home owner (both mentally and financially). Chad came through with a reasonable estimate for the amount of work I needed completed. He provided me the confidence and assurance that he could replace the old concrete with a new driveway, fix the drainage issue, and bring back the enjoyment of me coming home from a hard days work while driving up a driveway that's not crumbling under my tires. Cromer Design & Construction came through. In fact I also asked Chad to pour a walkway to my front door, replace the steps, add another walkway to the side entrance of my shed and pour a small patio in my backyard. The entire project was completed in a few days and I cannot be more satisfied with the outcome.I contacted quite a few contractors for estimates on this project and I have never met Chad Cromer before I called him but you better believe if I ever need a contactor or some construction done to my home, Im calling Cromer Design & Construction.
