I recently had work performed by Daniel Builders to correct a mistake on a previous job. From the first call, I was impressed with the team. They surprised me with the detailed notes and records that they still had on file from the original job. A team was dispatched to investigate and resolve the issue, which they accomplished to my satisfaction. They communicated clearly and regularly and initiated follow-up communication before I could. They were thorough in their evaluation and persistent in fixing everything down to the root of the issue. The team was professional, friendly, and diligent. They honored their time commitments and kept me informed of the plan and the result of a days work. It was my best experience working with any warranty situation, regardless of industry, that I can ever remember. Very Impressed.

We were extremely happy with Daniel builders. Our house was built in 2007 and we did a refresh - plan and redid 5 bathrooms, kitchen renovation, added a sunroom w/fireplace, complete interior repaint, and refinished all hardwood floors. A month or so of plans, drawings, tweaks, pricing and contract. We left in December, returned in June and moved in! We chose Daniel Builders for a building project around the same time some friends of ours chose a different builder for a similar project. Ours was finished 7 months earlier than our friends' project (well, probably - at this point, theirs is still unfinished). And compared to our friends' project, our price was locked in at the start. So while their building costs continued to rise as the project went on, Daniel Builders had our price locked. So what we agreed to in the beginning was exactly what we paid, regardless of market volatility.And that's just the time and the money involved. As anyone knows, the third leg of the triangle in any product like this is Quality. Daniel builders creates a phenomenal product. From the start, the architect worked with with me in an iterative process to ensure that everything was made exactly with our needs in mind. As construction started, the project manager was extremely attentive, constantly following up on us and making sure everything looked good to us. I would certainly choose them again if we ever have another building project.

The LOT Project

The LOT Project has been working with Daniel Builders to renovate and upfit a building we recently purchased, in preparation for a new program. Daniel Builders has been a pleasure to work with throughout this process. Very responsive, very helpful, and the quality of work we're seeing is top notch. This is a huge undertaking for a small nonprofit. We can't imagine going through this without their help! Can't recommend these guys enough!
