Josh and everyone else at Fortified Roofing is just awesome. They were always quick to answer their phones, or they called back within minutes of a missed called. I have used their services twice now. Both times, Josh photographed the areas where there was damages and explained everything he did to repair and prevent future damages. I have had my roof repaired and my gutters replaced by them. They are very reasonable with their prices. I strongly recommend this company.

Joshua Ducworth was responsive to my request for a minor repair after a tree clipped the edge of our roof. Joshua returned my call quickly and came out t o give me an estimate. When I called him to come make the repair, he responded on the same day and came within two days to make my repair. Joshua is polite and pleasant. I am impressed with a company that is willing to make a small repair. It certainly makes me comfortable to call on him for my future roof needs.

Fortified Roofing replaced my roof 5 years ago . They were the lowest price of 3 estimates. They came out and were finished in one day. A few days ago I called them about an issue. Excessive water was running through one of my downspouts. I wanted to make sure that the water wasn't eroding the shingles on my roof. They were more than willing to check my roof. If you need a new roof, I would highly recommend this company. They do excellent work and have excellent customer service.

Recommend Fortified for any/all roofing needs. Josh came to our rescue when we had water damage appearing in our den. He arrived with in two days of our call, assessed the problem with photos from inside the attic to on the top of the roof as well. We scheduled repair and all work was completed within 4 days if our first call. Will use Fortified for any future rood needs. Great follow up after completion. You guys are in the top of our list

Very impressed with this company. I had some minor damage that needed repair. We had some rain coming and they did everything they could to get to me beforehand so I didn't have to get up there to do a temporary patch job. Josh was very knowledgeable and great to work with. After some storm damage to our roof caused a leak, they got out here same day and tarped up the affected area. They also later replaced the entire roof in one day. My dad's house needed a new roof and from the time we spoke to Josh until installation it was probably less than a week. He and his team came out and got the job done very quickly. The work was professional, the team efficient and friendly, and Josh was wonderful to work with. After a hail storm in Taylors, SC I had to make a decision about who to use for my roof replacement. I had heard many good things about David with Fortified roofing and chose his company versus a larger roofing company. I noticed a small leak after a heavy rain recently. After calling several roofing companies to try and schedule a repair before I went to work, Fortified Roofing was the first response I got. Joshua was friendly, communicative, timely, and answered any and all questions I had. Joshua came that same afternoon, and he identified several spots / repairs on the roof - not just the one spot that caused the leak. He also replaced the rubber boots around the roof vents and gave me some idea of how much life is left in the roof. Since buying my house a year ago, I've been concerned about the quality of the roof. After Joshua's work, I had peace of mind for the first time.When it stormed heavily the next night and I woke up to a roof leak (in a different part of the house), my first reaction was to call Joshua. He was sympathetic and quick to address the new problem. Spoke with the receptionist and was told someone would get back to me as soon as available. Joshua got back to me very promptly. After we spoke my husband and I decided to use them for the work. After we spoke with Joshua about doing the work, he was able to come out the next day and repair the roof that was damaged. He did quick work, and very good work. In speaking with him, we also had him quote another job. Within a day or two we had that quote back, and are currently scheduled to have him do that job as well. Very pleased with the responsiveness, pricing, availability....everything. Even if we are unsure if it is a job they do, we will be calling them first to see if what is needed, is something they can do. We had a leak in our roof that had been “fixed” about a year and a half ago by a different company, and it started leaking again over the weekend. Josh was able to come out to fix the leak the same day I called and was able to beat the rain that was coming. The previous company that came out just tried to seal the leaks with caulk, but Josh took the time to fix them correctly. He was very friendly and professional and was able to fix the leak in about an hour. If we ever have to have more work done on our roof, this will be the first place I call.Service: Roof repair
