We are extremely dissatisfied with this company. They installed a metal roof on our shop a year ago. We immediately reached out to address some concerns with Jeff. They did not prepare the roof properly. They should have removed old drip edge from shingles for new drip edge to work properly. The new roofing was installed too close to the gutters which worked perfectly before and now do not. It is impossible to clean the gutters as they did not leave adequate space. We also ended up paying for 20 extra pieces because he didn't measure properly. We have given him more than enough time to rectify the situation and that is why we a writing the review. He said he would make it right and we have called and texted for a year with no response.

I had a roof done a few years ago on a rental property, homeshield showed up quickly and knocked the job out quickly. I called to get an estimate on the roof on my own home and the roofer never showed up or called to reschedule. I am thankful for this now since the roof on the rental home has been leaking for awhile now and I since sold the home. The new owner called Jeff he promised to come out the next day since he stood by his work and it has a warranty. He has not shown up, returned the new owners calls or a call from me. Safe to say I will not have him do my roof or any other propertyies that we own. I had only great things to say about him, but at this point avoiding calls and not upholding your warranty or your word is very poor service. Might want to review the the comments and better business bureau before hiring someone these days to do work on your home.

Jeff and his team provided outstanding quality of work and professionalism during a recent roof replacement of about 3,000 sf. He showed up on time, spent time answering all of my questions and left our property clean as a pin. I would highly recommend Home Shield Roofing if you’re looking to beautify and/or protect your investment.

Home Shield did a roof addition and new metal roof install for us and I could not be happier! They showed up when they said they would and no surprises at the end. The price was lower than I thought it would be and the quality was better than I expected. They left no trash or debris on the ground either. I am so happy with them I got estimates for other work I want done. Thank you guys for all your great work!

We were strung along for about 6 weeks by a roofing company in Easley. Finally started looking for another company. I gave my husband the names & phone numbers of 3 to contact. Home Shield was one of them. My husband had a good feeling after speaking with Jeff (owner), so we made an appointment for Jeff to come check out our roof the following Tuesday, May 10th, 2016. We were quoted a price for a metal roof, something we hadn't even considered because we thought it would be very expensive. Long story short, Jeff and his crew put a beautiful new metal roof on our house on May 18, 2016. Jeff's crew showed up around 8:30 and started right in. Jeff picked up the metal (saved us a delivery fee) and he arrived about 10:00. The guys worked till about 6:30, taking a short lunch break, and done! We have a great roof, a Velux skylight, no more leaks, and Jeff has another happy customer to add to his list!Thank you so much Jeff & Crew for a job Well Done!!We would highly recommend Home Shield Roofing!! Absolutely a professional and upstanding company and group of guys!

Home Shield completed a multi-building roof replacement for us. They have placed vinyl ceiling and soffit material on a outdoor patio cover for us as well.  They have installed metal roofing, dimensional shingles, gutters and aluminum trim.  All work was completed accurately and professionally.  Each time we have used Home Shield, they were on time, organized and affordable.  I would highly recommend this company.

Had a leaking roof. Could not get some roofers to even come look at or even call me back it after several calls (Gilstrap roofing). Jeff of Home Shield roofing returned my calls, quickly came out to my house, I showed him the problem areas, he gave me a quote. I called him back a week later to give him the go ahead to repair the roof. He came the NEXT day, made all the repairs. today is 11/26/2013, it is pouring down rain. My attic is dry. Highly recommend.

I had them do a roof for me 2 years ago. It was leaking so I had to call them out multiple timesbefore the problem was fixed but since then I been doing some remodeling and found out to so-call fix the problem, they covered the vent pipe completely. Its pathetic
