Tony did a phenomenal job - He replaced part of the sub floor, wall frame, put up new sheet rock, painted, and installed a new porcelain tile floor. I had a specific need for handyman services, had tried for a very long time to find a company or an individual who could safely clean my solar panels. When I saw a Mr. Handyman truck and their guy at work on a neighbor's house, I stopped, learned that this service was what I was looking for, and I made an appointment. The entire business part of the experience was professional. I am beyond pleased with the shiny clean panels, and they have since been producing significantly more electrons on a sunny day than they had been with last spring's pollen and dust clouding the glass.

1- Paul Lewis was a kind man, but not a professional handyman like I expected. His work was slow, inefficient, and incorrect.2- the project was not done correctly. He hung a porch swing. On completion, he pointed out to me that he had hung the swing much too close to the house, only 6” from my front window, rendering the swing almost useless.3- I was quote a price range of $199-$500 and that it would likely be the low end. She could not image it being at the high end.Yet, because it took so long (3+ hours) to hang the swing and buying one 2x4 needed for support, I was charged $592! I immediately called to inquire and the price was dropped to $500. To hang a small porch swing!I followed Mr Handyman Policy and wrote a check before the handyman left.4- I certainly would NOT recommend Mr.Handyman or recommend them for multiple reasons.I would expect a partial refund due to the poor quality of workmanship. I’ll need to rehang the swing at a usable distance from my home.
