THE built our garage and installed a roof. They did an outstanding job for us. They completed their work as scheduled and to spec. Their employees were professional and particularly respectful to my wife and her questions. On the roof job, they came to our house and met with our insurance representative. Subsequently, as other questions about our house came up, they graciously either answered over the phone or came to our house of their own volition. What else could one ask for in terms of superior customer service?

My front porch post plates were an old version that were digging into the tongue in groove flooring and causing buckling and beginning to sag the roofline. Tim gave me a professional bid ensuring I understood the potential issues and alternatives.I was told 6 weeks out, but they are actively managing crews and were able to get started in less than 2 weeks. What I thought might take 4 days took 2, and Tim lowered my bill on his own because materials turned out cheaper and the job didn't take as long as he allotted.Crew was knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job.After 4 years in the area, this is the best company I have worked with, and I will only use them for anything I need going forward.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

These guys are Fantastic! Total Home Exteriors replaced our roof and gutters as well as a complete remodel of our front porch. The work crews were conscientious of their work and cleaned up afterwards. Tim was awesome to work with and he made sure the work was done to our satisfaction and completed when promised. Tim was honest about the backlogs of the manufacturer and didn't promise anything he could not deliver. (We were remodeling the inside of the house as well and was aware of all the delays of materials due to the manufacturers.) And I have to mention Jenny who runs the office. When I would call her, she would find out the answer to my question and give me a call back. I didn't have to follow up with her. My husband and I both highly recommend Total Home Exteriors. These folks more than met our expectations. The attention to detail was there in all aspects of the job. In spite of some curves we threw them, the job was completed in a timely manner. The primary crew, Scott and Josh are superb craftsmen. The additional work performed by Jason was also of high quality. Tim was very approachable and professional. Amazing team to work with!After parting ways with our original contractor we stumbled on to Total Home Exteriors for our 1000 sqft deck project and they hit the ball out of the park. Every component of the job was done well and with complete respect for our property. From the first quote to the post construction follow up the guys at Total Home are fantastic to work with.I can not express how wonderful it was to work with a contractor who was up front, honest, and whose crews were all friendly and great to be around. Tim and Hunter came out and measured the roof and gave me an estimate while they were here. They came back when they said they would and completed re-roofing the house in one day. Our experience with Total Home Exteriors began over 10 years ago when we experienced a severe skylight/roof leak and needed immediate assistance. They were the only company who seemed to care that we had a young child who needed this repair done in order to have a safe home and sent someone out the next day. Due to the emergency situation, we were expecting a high quote, but THE's price was so reasonable that, a few years later, when we needed to get the entire roof replaced, we didn't even seek out quotes from other companies and called them right away. Noticing the extensive hail damage on our roof - damage we were unaware of - they recommended that we make an insurance claim for roof replacement. We did, and it was successful! With the money they saved us, we were able to get the gutters replaced at the same time. Earlier this month, it came time to replace the soffits, fascia, porch supports, and all of our windows. Once again, we called Tim at THE and, once again, the quote we received was surprisingly low. The workers were polite and respectful of our time and our home, did the job as quickly and quietly as possible with as few intrusions and interruptions as they could manage and, when they were done, they took the time to give us a full demonstration of how our new windows worked so that we wouldn't make common mistakes that often result in broken hardware. Tim Marchbanks and his son, Hunter, of Total Home Exteriors recently reroofed our entire home. Most importantly, the work is of the highest quality for a reasonable price and executed exactly as Tim stated it would be. He gave us a firm quote, advised us of the delivery date for new shingles, (one day prior to installation) and that the job would take two days to complete. His crew started promptly at 7 AM both days and cleaned up completely both afternoons. A supervisor came over after work was completed and inspected everything and removed the unused shingles. Tim and his son both came the following day to inspect the work as well.Tim has done other work for us in the past including building a 4 car garage/workshop, extending an existing open porch with a new roofline and screening it all in, and building an open grilling deck. All of this while were still living 500 miles away! Tim’s workmanship, reliability, honesty and good heart make him a true gem. Total Home Exteriors, very professional and honest! Tim and Hunter came out and estimated entire roof replacement. They came out when they said they would and gave me an estimate on the roof and a screen enclosure had both estimates within a few days. The roof estimate was very competitive, and explained to me that it included two sheets of plywood for replacement of rotten sheets. although I understand that renovation can bring on unforeseen problems that the contractor cannot foresee these problems. they started the job the following Monday and finished up Tuesday night. The crew was very professional and the site was completely cleaned up by Tuesday evening. I have yet to find one nail in the Grass.
