Due to some travel I had to Make a last second call hoping someone would be willing to come out on a Saturday to provide a quote for a full roofing repair/replacement. It was a last second decision so it was actually at 5PM on Friday. Spoke with 3 different companies and only one, Harper Roofing Company, was willing to come to give a quote on a Saturday. Specifically it was Andrè that put in the extra work to come out. He arrived when he had promised and was very professional. He explained the process step by step and made sure I was comfortable with it. They arrived exactly on time and completed in the time frame Andre had estimated. The work is high quality.In the time between Andre's quote and Harper Roofing having completed the work the two other companies actually came out and measured the job (I was unaware they planned to do so since they did not tell me who or when and did not provide contact info). Both of their quotes were higher and they indicated in the quote it would be about 4-6 weeks to get to the job.I am so glad that I connected with Andre and Harper Roofing.Service: Roof installation

Andre of Harper Roofing was very communicative through the whole process. He was quick to respond to our call for a roof inspection and provided a very detailed written explanation of the estimate. He also called once we received the estimate to explain all components and answer our questions. He provided examples of different roofing shingles which was helpful in deciding the best match for our daughter's house. He gave us a date for when the job would be done, then called the day before they began the job to confirm and review details. The crew was very polite and worked very hard and efficiently the entire day. Andre sent pictures and met with us after the job was finished to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Harper Roofing and will reach out to them again for any future roofing needs. I experienced storm damage and after I called, someone was out immediately to walk me through the process. I highly recommend Harper Roofing, especially the contractor Joshua that I dealt with.
