Two Brothers replaced the roof on my house, as the existing roof was original to the home and getting old. I worked with Dalton who communicated very well from the beginning, was able to get me a fair quote quickly, and got me on the schedule in a timely manner. The installation went smoothly and took about two and a half days. The crew was professional and I appreciated how well they cleaned up each day before they left. Jeff, the project manager was very helpful and available to answer questions along the way and there were no hidden or surprise costs at the end of the project. I am very grateful for Dalton Kaufmann who came out to do a very thorough examination of my roof including all the attic space. He photographed everything to be sent to my insurance company. He came out when the adjuster from my insurance company was there and he represented my problems well to them. He helped me pick my roof color and made sure of everything that I needed was in order. Gabby of the office staff was great and kept me up to date on my installation. Jeff over saw the entire installation and answered all my concerns. The crew that installed my roof were friendly, polite and did a fantastic job. Dalton came back at the end of the installation to make sure everything was done properly. In January 2023 I had Two Brothers Roofing replace my 35 year old roof. Perry Harris measured my roof and gave me all the options and information I needed. I checked the quality of the materials they would use and found they were among the very best and had the longest life expectancy.I compared other companies both locally and out of state and found them to be fair priced especially considering the high quality materials they were using.The installers arrived on time and took great pains to make sure the landscape, yard, driveway, patio, and porches were protected with tarp that stretched from the roof edge and into the yard about 15 feet.They removed the old roof and inspected and repaired any decking that was compromised with first quality lumber.The crew worked diligently taking only minimal breaks for water and lunch. They were courteous and answered all questions.When they finished, they cleaned up all the roofing debris and swept the entire perimeter with a powerful magnet to pick up any nails that escaped the canvas tarp.I am proud of the work Two Brothers Roofing delivered, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs or replacement.Lewis MortonService: Roof installation

I called 2 Brothers to give me an estimate, my roof was leaking. They came out the same day which was a Saturday. They let me know some of my requests would be very expensive and offered a more affordable solution. Guillermo was very knowledgeable about my roofing questions and gsve us expert advice. Alejandra was very professional. She kept us updated on the permit; when the supplies would be delivered! They both helped lower our anxiety about the new roof and repairs. They threw in extra labor for free helping us keep our costs down. Overall we are soo pleased with the work and professionalism displayed by Guillermo and Alejandra. We used Two Brothers Roofing to replace our roof in July 2022. I was told a 3 week window to come, they showed up in a week. They removed the entire roof, installed new roof with underlayment, flashing and drip rails. They were gone in 2-1/2 days. The clean up and workmen were great! I only found 1 nail and a small piece of old roofing after they left.Very hardworking and respectful of my property and pets. Since the install we have had some VERY hard and torrential rain and NO leaks, and the roof looks great!I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. They do nice work, and keep their word. Their salesman Excel, walked us thru everything as far as the sale included, he also helped with our insurance claim to make sure it was done properly.We had two minor issues which were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. They are honest and straight forward and go above and beyond to fulfill the promises made to the homeowner. I had my roof replaced at the beginning of March. My insurance company said they would pay half if the company would send photos of damage. My salesman from 2 Bros came out and did the survey said there was a fair amount of damage and would send the information to State Farm. He never did, I followed up with him and the owner 3 times. I was assured it would be done, it never was. So I am paying for the entire roof.In addition I was told they would collect the remaining funds the day the roof was installed. Didn't happen, I called 3 times asking for a bill before one was sent. We mailed payment that day. A month later check still not cashed, I followed up again. I was told the mailing address of the PO BOX on the invoice was wrong and they meant to change it. They went to the PO BOX and said it wasn't there. I was told someone would come and get another check. Oops, shocker they forgot. Called again.Now I am paying additional money to have a stop payment on my check. The roof work was done well but communication, follow thru was horrid. I never received a receipt or the warranty info either. Time to brag! So I contacted Two brothers roofing to inquire about getting our roof done (which was WAY overdue) and not even a 2 weeks later we have a new roof! Christian was a HUGE help! Very confident of the company he represents and they delivered! The crew was professional and HARD WORKING! The roof looks great. You guys made a stressful goal easy to reach. They did not show up or call on the day scheduled to give an estimate for a pipe boot replacement but it was a rainy day. I called them the next day to get rescheduled and I was told someone would be out by 3:30 that day. It was two or three hours later someone showed. I did not receive a call either way. Was told they would come look the next day and do repair then if possible or they would come the following week. Still no word and have moved on to another company.

The siding and windows are done! This has by far been the best experience and company we have dealt with on our Hurricane Irma journey. TWO BROTHERS ROOFING, has made this complete nightmare into an amazing transition for us. The crew doing the work was hard working, honest and friendly. Not only did they get our house done in a few weeks but we gained a few friends. The owner is very trustworthy, and equally as friendly. We will only use them if needed again-for ANYTHING!
